BEWARE OF SEKAR VILLA RENTAL SCAMS!!!05/02/24 ordered the villa here to check in on 09/02/24, because this villa was not available at the travel agent, ordered via Whatsapp and got the number from Google here too... initially believed it because the person could give complete information, inside photos villa, facilities, droppin, etc.. like villa CS in general.. after asking for a payment transfer I refused & I negotiated for a DP transfer only, after I received the DP transfer the person gave me a complete receipt (I used Qris at Anagata Store)After the DP transfer, the person asked for another 300 thousand for the damage deposit, I refused & said I would give cash when checking in. The person insisted that they didn't have to make a deposit & would return it when I checked out. OK, I'll transfer another 300 thousand for the damage deposit (I'll transfer using Qris a.n Anagata Store, but this time the barcode is different. Apparently the barcode that changes has a limited time)After the down payment & damage deposit, ask for another loss deposit. I refused because it was unreasonable but they insisted on asking for another transfer of the loss deposit so I asked for a refund of the down payment & damage deposit that I had paid. they refuse refunds for many reasons.I looked for another number that I could call, connected at number 0341 according to the one on Google, received by a man whose voice I thought was similar to the one I contacted on the previous telephone call, but he hurriedly handed it over to a female friend. There I informed that I had booked on 09/02, he said it was full & never received my payment..Without feeling shocked or guilty, the mother just said, oh yes, someone had reported to me before that I was cheated too.Why, if there was a report previously, the villa didn't act???Even though things like this can also damage the villa's reputation.I'm also surprised that this lady said it was fully booked, where do you order it???important lesson, don't easily believe good reviews on Google. It's better to order through acquaintances or travel agents who are truly trustworthy & accountable. and I hope the villa owner reads this & acts firmly so that in the future no one will be fooled again.

You won't lose out on renting at Surya Dewi villa, the place is clean and very neatly arranged, the atmosphere is very comfortable, the villa hostess is super friendly, all the equipment needed by the tenants is prepared very completely and most importantly the price is affordable and doesn't drain your pocket, suitable for family holidays, events school, hanging out with friends etc. Hopefully the villa will sell even more💜💜-Mrs Siti & family

The villa guard was very unfriendly, rented the villa for a group but was not provided with drinking water/gallons. There is no dispenser either
