Easy access highway side villa. The parking lot can accommodate 3 MPV cars inside, the rest can be parked in front of the fence. Floor cleanliness is lacking, dust makes dirty feet black. On the 1st floor there are 4 rooms with private bathrooms. On the second floor there are 3 rooms, 2 of which share a bathroom. There is a rooftop where you can have a BBQ, good for taking photos. There is a pool on the 1st floor, not too big enough for children to swim. You can order breakfast/lunch/dinner at pocket-friendly prices. The taste of the food is quite good, only the rice is less punel. Overall worth the price

The location is right on the way up so it's dangerous if you want to cross, the room is full of mosquitoes, the tap is broken and can't be replaced straight away, the play ground is on the top floor near the glass which doesn't have a barrier to protect it.

Villa with competitive price, lots of rooms, adequate number of bathrooms and clean, supporting facilities are quite worted, with a swimming pool which is quite nice even though it is small, there is a rooftop which is quite cool at night (view of the new city with twinkling lights) very location easy to reach because it's on the main road in Batu City, but because it's located on the side of the main road it's a bit noisy, if it's 3 floors high enough it's quite tiring to climb to the rooftop, overall it's quite good

The place is spacious, clean and comfortable, suitable for gathering with family or friends, the balcony view on the 3rd floor is suitable for barbeques with a beautiful view. The location is on the side of the main road, so the sound of passing vehicles becomes its own color.
