The first time I entered the room I was surprised, wow, rooms 209 and 208 only saw trees. Plus the surprise with the room facilities. If you want to get a room with a mountain view, choose the single bed type, while for the double bed only rooms 210&11 are visible.Hotel Facilities:✔️Water Heater✔️Clean✔️Children's Playground🚫Toiletries🚫Toilet Tissue🚫Room tissue🚫1 trash can outside🚫Free water dispenser, free coffee & teaIs this really the standard of a 3 star hotel? Who knows.When we entered the room, towels, mineral water and bath soap had not been prepared. When I was told to wait to be prepared, I got a really new experience, the towel and water bottle, this tall male officer handed these items over to the customer and told him to take them to his room himself. There was no apology for waiting so long eh😅Plus, the toilet seat was "broken", the sink faucet was broken, the bedroom and terrace lights were off, and the saddest thing was the mattress. We sleep on iron 😶 (a.k.a an old mattress that is losing its foam) do the 3 star standard and middle level room options have used mattresses? Looks like this is a newly built hotel, right?Hopefully it can be fixed.

The hotel is nice, comfortable. It's just that you need to pay attention to the stock of soap, toothpaste, drinking water for visitors and doormats. Even though the price is relatively cheap, at least it is given a good explanation. If you complain or ask, sometimes many visitors are reluctant, thinking they are being fussy even though they really need it. Especially for those with babies who are confused when they forget to bring drinking water.2 years ago I got a room where the toilet had difficulty watering, the second time yesterday I got a leaking sink + ran out of bath soap + no complete toothbrush. So in my opinion it's just not comfortable. Hopefully it can be repaired again🙏🏻

The place is really comfortable, the rooms are minimalist and aesthetic, there are wooden accents like that, the bathroom is also clean, there is a children's play area too, there is a beautiful garden view too, I really like it.
