If ordering, it's better to use the phone number from there, there's a risk of not getting a place if you order online. There is no heater and sink. Only one plug, please bring an electrical cable

Be careful for those who want to stay here via the application. I plan to stay at this live home stay, I booked it via TRAVELOKA. I ordered 2 rooms and paid via Alfamart. When I wanted to check in, there was no officer. The door is locked. After confirming with the hotel owner, it turned out that he didn't want to be responsible for the money I had spent because "if you stay overnight, pay directly through the owner. I have nothing to do with OYO or Traveloka." Not only that, when he contacted the guard, he also didn't know and said If LIVE HOMESTAY doesn't exist, there is MAHAMERU HOMESTAY. (It seems that the application has now changed the name to MAHAMERU HOMESTAY) which has the same two names for the accommodation. This could be considered fraud, as a result money is lost. If your intention is to only accept guests and pay directly without the application, PLEASE delete the application, don't do this. Your business is dirty.*It is recommended that those who want to travel to Batu City look for other accommodation and before paying, it is better to first see what the condition of the accommodation is.

Be careful when choosing a place to stay here, especially via the application. Because this place is not trustworthy. Very disappointed, if you don't rent it out, please just delete the advertisements on various applications/platforms. Hopefully we can be more honest in business.

I am very disappointed with the management of this Batu live homestay. If you want to stay here, you have ordered via TRAVELOKA and have paid at Alfamart. At this point it says you have to pay directly to the owner and not through any application. I don't want to lose my money even though the nominal value of the money is not much. Allah SWT will reply. Hopefully the owner will be aware and immediately be given guidance not to cheat again.
