Clean villa with a nice rooftop view, great for grilling. Enough for 7 adults and 3 children. All equipment is available. However, unfortunately the villa management is not communicative and difficult to contact.

the villa is very good, the facilities are complete and everything is available, the price is cheap so it's really worth it if you want to go to Batu then rent a villa here

In July 2022 rent a villa here, the location is very close to Batu city square (can walk)The facilities are also really good, complete, karaoke is also provided and a home theater, hot water and air conditioning, as well as wifi is also availableClean rooms, towels, soap available, really like hotel management, really goodHopefully it will stay clean in the future and be well maintainedThe minus- The entrance is very small, so you really have to be able to bring a vehicle- The water smells a bit, but the info is that it's being maintained, hopefully it won't smell anymoreWill definitely come back here again, thank you Picnic Asia 🙏
