Holiday for 7, nice villa, affordable price. The location from the villa to the main road is around 600m. Beautiful and calm conditionsExcess:-4 folding mattresses are provided if there are not enough mattresses. There are 3 rooms with a total bed capacity of 6-8 people (depending on body size)-The sofa is a type of sofa bed, good for sleeping. The 5 of us often sleep in the TV room area (sofa area) rather than the bed because we are lazy- The cooking equipment is quite complete-2 bathrooms with water heater-wifi & smart tv-cool, quiet-good eating-hygiene-sleeping-ventilation facilities-There is a baby dining table and laundry basket-Next to the dining room there is an "outdoor" space, suitable for washing clothes/playing in the water (hose provided)- lots of accessories on the walls so it's better, and there are shelves and drawers to put/store things-close to shops, there is a local shop (2 shops) (400-500m from the location) or Alfamart (600-650m from the location)-close to Jatimpark 3Lack:- quite dusty, especially the sofa (there is a thresher but I have to work and clean it, there's quite a lot of dust)- the sink in the bathroom is broken, so it's only available in the kitchen sink- the tap water that comes out at the start is a bit cloudy, whitish, looks like it hasn't been running for a long time, the minerals have precipitated-The water heater is unstable, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't-Stayed 3 nights but was given a water gallon refill once, well, if there are lots of people staying, that's enough hehe-only 1 knife, it's quite blunt, no sharpening required- The shower hook on the top floor broke-Teflon pans have really had their coating eroded, don't use them. It is toxic-There are only around 5-6 chairs at the dining table which are in good condition. Even though there are around 10 available, the rest are defective-The folding mattress looks dirty {spotted with black dots/climbs(?)}, looks like it needs to be replaced/cleaned thoroughly-Apart from the Jatimpark 3 ride, it's a bit far from the others. If you bring a private vehicle, it's not a problemOverall quite satisfied, with a fairly cheap price the facilities provided are quite good. It could be a consideration to stay in Batu if there are lots of people. Don't forget to bring a first aid kit if necessary because it is not provided
