The villa is clean, the view is also good. With that price, it's really worth it for an overnight stay. The WA admin is also fast responding and very kind and willing to help from a-z. Thank you cozy villa batu

Plus:1. Strategic location close to Jatim Park 2 (just walk)2. The housing complex and villa conditions are quite comfortable, especially for children and groups3. Car parking has a car port and in front of the house4. The facilities are quite complete, the staff are friendlyMinuses:-This is my second visit to this villa since before the pandemic. Plus:1. The location of the villa is strategic, you can walk to Jatim Park 22. The villa is big enough for a family with 2 children, there is a stove, refrigerator, hot water for smooth bathing3. Friendly managers4. In the morning there are breakfast sellers who go around on motorbikesMinuses:1. Towels, soap, shampoo and toothpaste are not provided so you have to bring them2. No tea, coffee or sugar is provided3. When the bed sheets arrived, the blankets smelled good, but unfortunately the floor was still dirty, lots of hair and little food4. The sofa should be vacuumed so that it doesn't get dusty, so should the carpet5. Your bedroom should have an exhaust installed because the water heater uses gas, so hot steam and the smell of gas won't collect in your bedroom when you're driving.
