My wife & I have already written a review on Agoda because at that time we booked a room on Agoda for early December 2023 (a few days) & early January 2024, more than 10 days.I ordered 1 mattress for just 2 with my wife.There are many rooms available here. My wife & I chose a room for just two of us which was cheap.In available rooms =1. Hot Water with 3 kg Gas Cylinder.2. Bath towel = 1 pcs.3. TV & Remote.4. Fan.5. Thick blanket = 1 pcs.6. Pillows = 2 pcs.Outside of available rooms =1. Sink.2. Free gallons of drinking water with an electric gallon pump.3. Free stove can cook vegetables / hot water.4. Cooking utensils such as pans, pans, plates, bowls, spoons, plastic cups.5. 2 Towel / Clothes Lines.6. Trash can.7. Living room on the ground floor with soft chairs.8. The large garden can be used for car/sports parking.Outside Green Homestay =• At 6am there are those selling various cup rice like yellow rice, mpok rice, corn rice, uduk rice, various kinds of delicious cakes at Sebrang Indomart Junrejo. From Green Homestay, just turn left then walk towards Bapstis Lurus Hospital and continue until you find Indomart Junrejo. Just pay in cash.• At 7am, opposite the Baptist Hospital, there is a buffet rice stall like a warteg. Just pay in cash.• At 7am there is also Warung Bunda but it's dirty here and there are lots of flies when people are eating.• There is an Andara shop, a grocery shop right in front before entering Green Homestay.• There is a building shop, stationery also near here.• From 16pm onwards there are those selling Malang Meatballs, Young Coconut (Pay in cash). Fried Chicken / Duck (Pay in cash), here you can just buy white rice. Chicken Satay is opposite Indomart Junrejo.• Indomart Junrejo. Here you can withdraw cash using a BCA ATM (order first from the cashier).About Green Homestay =• The owner is a friendly mother, her children are beautiful & finches, her husband is also in the house next door.• There is covered parking in the next room with a high fence, locked.• When we stayed there, the 2nd & 3rd floors were being renovated, apparently we wanted to add more rooms.About Transportation =• Go online by car all the time.• There are no public transportation here.• Green Homestay to Pia Cap Mangkok Batu Cheaper to go by Go-Car than Maxim Car.• For some destinations, sometimes Maxim is cheaper, sometimes Go-Car is cheaper.• Grab-Car is not recommended because it is very expensive.About us =• We are from Tangerang, from Poris Terminal to Arjosari Terminal taking the Juragan99 Sleeper Class Bus.• From Arjosari to Green Homestay, taking Maxim Car is cheaper than Go-Car.• While in Batu Malang, we have visited = BNS, Jatim Park 1, Jatim Park 2, Jatim Park 3, Batu Love Garden, Batu Flower Garden, Selecta, Angkut Museum, Strudel Batu Malang, Pia Cap Mangkok Batu, Pia Cap Mangkok Suhat, Lippo Batu, Brawijaya souvenir shop, Amongtani Market, Prigen Safari Park, ALun2 Batu City, Malang Night Paradise.

The facilities are quite close to many tourist attractions, the air is cool

Clean, quiet, good and friendly service, mountain view from the 2nd floor

2 weeks ago staying here was really good, the rooms were clean and the facilities were okay at normal pricesThe caretaker is also friendly, good service, fast responseMinus, maybe because the parking lot is not clean, there are lots of animal wasteEverything else is okayRecommend
