For those who want to book here, contact the WA number on the website, the response will be immediate, there will be no answer from pages from other numbers. The villa is clean & hotel standard so it's more comfortable than the mattress etc...When we were staying there was a problem with the water pump, luckily we could fix it ourselves.The check in & out process took a long time to wait for delivery & get the key, around 30-40 minutes

The house is nice but there are so many leeches everywhere it's disgusting, try cleaning it before checking in, it's definitely better, just a suggestion

If you say it's managed by a hotel, the cleanliness is really poor... There's stale rice in the rice cooker, so many insects are landing... The glass in the toilet is really dirty, like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time... It looks like it hasn't been maintained well... The condition of the house is old, not like in the photo. .

This villa, which is under the big name "the Batu" hotel and villas, is behind JAtim Park 2 and close to BNS. You have to go to the hotel first which is near the transportation museum for reservations and then the staff will take you to the crime scene. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a long sofa suitable for a family to rest. Overall it's good, only the sound of the water pump which is always on when the tap water comes out of the tap, makes the atmosphere a bit noisy. It might be a good idea to make a storage area for the water pump to reduce the sound.

Overall, this villa is enough for a family trip. There are 2 bedrooms equipped with TV and AC in each room. There is also a kitchen with fairly complete equipment. When I logged in, the internet was problematic so I had to wait for repairs from a Telkom technician. When we first entered, the house had not been cleaned (there was a miscommunication about online booking), which was immediately cleaned by the delivery person to this house.

Villas for rent, only busy on weekends. The location is under Panderman Hill, the road goes up and down. It's best to bring a vehicle here because it's quite far (on foot) from the food center and crowds. Consists of 2 rooms, air-conditioned and there are plants on the front terrace. Suitable for meditation or getting away from the crowd

The facilities in this villa are quite complete, with 2 bedrooms equipped with TV and air conditioning in each room. There is also a TV in the family room. There is only 1 bathroom, with hot water. The kitchen equipment is complete, gas and gallons are provided. It's just a shame that the villa is not well maintained, there are termites behind the bedroom doors. When I arrived, it had just been cleaned even though Dageng went to the villa at 3 o'clock so the floor was still wet. In the future it can be improved again, what a shame

The place is nice and the room facilities are complete. But yesterday when we checked in the guard was quite slow in responding... We waited around 30 minutes in front of the villa before we arrived... Not to mention the electricity card was damaged... We couldn't turn on the electricity because the card in the key was damaged and we had to wait another 45 A few minutes later he arrived and was given a new electricity card. And also for those of you who want to cook at the villa, it's better not to cook because there's no magic com... Also, there are only 3 spoons on the plate, which is quite a lot but only 2 glasses. Not to mention there's no dish cleaner provided... So we wash the plates using tissue. . There was only a little gallon water left yesterday. Only the facilities are complete... There is WiFi, 3 TVs, all connected to the internet. The bathroom is nice and the hot water is no problem.
