The room is small, praying is a bit difficult. There is a kitchen but it doesn't seem to be a guest facility. In the morning when I wanted to cook water, the door was locked. The hot water turned off a little. So when I shower alternately with cold water. If you arrive late at night, the entrance is very far, you can't go through the nearest entrance. If you want to stay overnight, you have to bring logistics because it's far from the minimarket. As a comparison, I also stayed near the main square for a price of 200k but the facilities were much more complete. Hopefully in the future the facilities will be better. βοΈβοΈ

The room is cute, vintage like that. Very very comfortable. Then the toilet is quite clean. The only problem is that the cable TV (Netflix) cannot be used yet. There is a fan, but it seems like if you use AC it would be better. Because the guard said there were air-conditioned rooms but you had to pay more. Overall 8 out of 10.

Stayed 2 nights here. The location is in a housing complex but not far from the main road which is close to a gas station. Not far from Batu Square. Opposite the homestay there is a gt home cafe. The environment is quite quiet so it is suitable for those who want to rest. When I stayed there the room was not yet full of other visitors. The car park in the yard can accommodate 2 cars, but you can also park outside.Choose room type C at a price of 300 thousand on the online travel application. The environment and rooms are clean. The room I ordered was also quite spacious. There is no AC but there is a fan. The hot water is on, the wifi is quite fast. Many WLPN TV channels don't have HD images. There are towels, soap and hand washing soap. For dental cleanings etc. it is better to bring your own because they are not provided. There is no water heater kettle but you can ask the guard to make tea/coffee. There is no breakfast.The first time I wanted to check in, the guard seemed confused because maybe his job was just to look after him, so he didn't know anything about who was booking that day. But check in was still smooth. The guards are also helpful.The suggestion might be that in the future all rooms could have AC installed so that it would be more comfortable for guests to stay.

The room doesn't have AC/fan (even though the picture shows AC), the bathroom lights are off (but when I told the guard, it was quickly fixed), there's no kitchen, the bathroom drain is a bit clogged/more precisely, it doesn't run smoothly.In essence, with the prices listed, it's better to choose a nearby hotel/villa with more facilities. Maybe it's not worth repeating again ππ

Not recommended, the water is dead, the guard is out, the payment has been paid in full, the service is not clear, it's difficult to pee, there's no water, in my experience this is the worst holiday stop.

As for the building, rooms & facilities are quite good and clean, it's just that the staff is noisy playing guitar with their friends until 2 at night, we guests need peace! Please fix it again

[Room] : Nice room with budget price. There are 2 bedroom types (standard for 2 people and family room for 4 people).[Bathroom] : Clean and have adequate spaces.[Service] : Moderate and so-so.[Facilities] : There are outdoor garden with patio set (chair-table-umbrella) which perfect for relaxing and enjoying fresh air.[Location] : Residential area near main road Jl. Trunojoyo (Β± 2-3 minute walking) and Songgoriti.Overall, it is a good hotel with budget price. It is also suitable for people who search hotel with standard (couple) or family room (4 people in 1 room) with calm environment.
