the pool is dirty and it turns out to be small, the villa guard is not friendly

The location is strategic near BNS JP 1&2. there is a complete kitchen too. The only minus is that sometimes the water turns off or runs out, sorry, every room will definitely find cockroaches (for the owner, I hope he is more careful about cleanliness and develops more) the room has no AC and the view is school tiles, also no broom and mop. overall 7/10, the price is quite pricey because you don't get a good view of nature. It's visible, but you have to come from the upper balcony first. The billiard area was also damaged.

At that time we were staying there together with more than 20 people, the villa was really spacious, the kitchen was complete, the only minus was that there was no broom. the room overall is good but the view is bad, the view is good when you are on the billiards balcony. strategic because it's close to BNS JATIM PARK 1 & 2. The downside is that the rooms have lots of cockroaches and the water often goes out/runs out. There's no AC. At that price it's not worth it, because you don't get that attractive view, it's just roof tiles for the house and school. The owner is really nice, I hope get better and develop

Staying here I was a bit disappointed, the downstairs room had AC even though the AC was off, there were 4 cockroaches found there. The price is quite expensive for a villa like this because there is no AC, the hot water doesn't work, the wifi often goes out. Maybe the owner should pay more attention, considering that there are more and more nice, clean villas with complete facilities at cheaper prices.

The villa has lots of cockroaches and insects, not suitable for small children. Many of the facilities were damaged, such as the taps and billiards, many of which had missing balls. Parking is also inadequate, causing small cars to slide. The price is also very expensive. It's suitable for company people who just want to go on holiday, not for families
