The villa is clean. There are a total of 4 rooms (2 with AC, 2 without AC). There is a bathroom in each room (2 use water heaters, 2 don't). The equipment is also complete, such as an electric stove, magic jar, plates, dispenser, refrigerator, table tennis table, TV, WiFi.

I just stayed last Saturday in a 4 bedroom villa.Satisfied with the cleanliness of this villa. The guards and owner are also friendly. For the price on 15/1/2022, the price is 1.5 million.For facilities as stated in the info.There are 4 rooms plus an en suite bathroom.There is only 1 AC in the downstairs room.There are 2 water heaters above 1 and below 1.Clean kitchen, electric stove but only 1 eye. Quite complete cooking and eating utensils. There is a refrigerator and dispenser. The dining table is quite large. For those who like ping pong, it's above. Android TV above.The rooftop is in the 2 bedroom villa right next to it. Coincidentally, you can stop by to take photos, but with permission first and when it's empty like yesterday, that's fine.Only 1 minus, road access to the villa is small. Just 1 car.
