The hotel is not recommended, they say the rooms are full, the only one left is a family room at a price of 350 thousand if you use AC, add 50 thousand, it turns out the AC only works for about 1 hour then it turns off, then restarts & finally the fan is always on, the towels aren't there either Even though I was given a towel when I checked out, when I arrived at the parking lot, the officer asked me for a towel, thinking I was bringing it, I also didn't give proof of payment.

really suitable for a family holiday, especially bringing grandparents because the access from the parking lot to the rooms is close so it doesn't make you tired, it's really strategic, really close to wherever you want to go. the rooms are clean and smell good and the environment is not noisy.

It was a poor experience staying at this hotel.The room was standard, was asked to pay another 50.000 idr for remote AC that only works for 5 minutesThe towels were dirty and torn, and no toilet paper.

The hotel is really good for those on a tight budget but it gets good reviews, it's clean too, and if you're staying longer than one night, you'll definitely be offered to clean the room. The hot water is on but it's a little difficult to set the heat level. But overall, will definitely come back and recommended for those who want to rock.

My family and I traveled to Batu Malang during the school holidays about 4 weeks ago. Previously, look for accommodation on the application that was close to the Angkut Museum and Jatim Park 2. The choice fell on this hotel with a pocket-friendly budget. I stayed 3 nights there. The staff are friendly, the facilities are good, the hot water runs smoothly, the rooms are cleaned every day, the parking lot is quite large. The distance from the main square is relatively close and there are many stalls around the inn. Drinks are provided free of charge in the kitchen (normal hot, cold water, coffee and tea). Tomorrow, if I go to Batu Malang, I will stay here again. Maintain the service and thank you for the service during our stay there 🙏😊

hello, I just stayed here to be honest, the room is clean and smells good, but things like dental kits, etc. are not provided, but that's okay, maybe because the price is quite cheap, in the bathroom there is warm and cold water. To be honest, in this hotel, if you turn on the AC, it adds 50K/night, if I'm not mistaken, but it's not a problem for me, even if I don't use the AC, it's already really cold in Batu Malang, but there's a fan, so you won't get too hot. For the receptionist service, please be friendly again, coffee and tea snacks are available in the kitchen near the hotel lobby. The mattress is soft and delicious. When I go to Batu, God willing, I will stay here again🤲🏻🤍.BTW, the view on the 2nd floor is really nice😲

Starting from planning a holiday to the city of Batu and looking for cheap but cool accommodation, I found this Urbanview accommodation.When I read the reviews on Google, I was a little doubtful, but Bissmillah, I still took this accommodation..Daaan.. wow.. feels like I found a hidden gem in a tourist city😍The location of the accommodation is really in the middle of the city, very close to Alun-Alun Batu...Take a vehicle 5 minutes, walk 5-10 minutes... the accommodation is in a small alley in a beautiful residential area with minimal noise...Around the inn (out of the alley) there are also many food stalls...Parking is really great... R4 is spacious, R2 has a canopy roof, so it's really safe...The staff is friendly and explains well when we ask, if in the reviews many people say they're not friendly, maybe that's just right😆When I complained that the TV couldn't be turned on, I immediately responded to fix it.💯The rooms are the best, neat and clean. The door lock also uses a card.Here, if we check in regularly, we only get fan facilities. If you want to use AC, the additional cost is 50k.But no problem, because in Batu itself the weather is already cold😆For toiletries here, only towels, soap and shampoo are provided, so don't forget to bring toothpaste and toothbrush, OK👌🏻Minus: it's time to change the towel, to the naked eye it's still okay, but the texture is rough and sorry it smells a little☹️Rate 8.5/10🌟

the accommodation is okay, the room is clean, the bathroom is clean, there is shampoo soap, mineral water, free tea and coffee, the parking is quite large, the location is in a housing complex but not far from the main road. For the price I booked using the Agoda application for 236 thousand, maybe booking at the weekend, the applied price is that much and that's it. I don't use AC, I just use a fan, but it doesn't matter, the air is already cold without using AC. If you want to use it, it costs 50 thousand, the only thing that's lacking, sir, is that the receptionist isn't very friendly.
