Disappointed moments in Batu SukiManager on duty is afraid to get the complain from us that booked for the cottage 3 bed rooms. The floor is dirty and the ceiling is broken and the bsthroom is dirty.... the facility is very bad... the portable cooking stoves is broken and the refrigerator is dirty. When we raised this to the front office, they insist not willing ti change to other cottage or even a standard rooms. The manager on duty do not appear at all and only ask the front office to deal with us (we are 3 couples) and did not want to take the responsible at all and are not willing to satisfy our complains...

The experience of staying at Batu Suki, the worst resort for that price... the bathroom was moldy, the roof of the room was leaking, it was moldy too... complained about asking to move rooms even though it was empty, no response...

We stayed at Strawberry Cottage tonight, the condition of the cottage was not suitable for habitation, bathroom, refrigerator, connecting door without lock, room roof was moldyWhen we wanted to eat out, the atmosphere was scary because there were no other tenants. We intend to ask to move to a hotel at an additional cost though. But the Manager hid behind the front office without wanting to meet us and didn't show his good intentions. Even though the hotel was quiet. If you want to go on holiday, choose hotel staff who can make your holiday comfortable

Stayed 2 nights here, from the start I was a little worried because many people gave a rating below 3 stars, it turns out that after we stayed, thank God everything was fine, the rooms were clean, all the staff were friendly, the number of staff was small, the food was delicious, really delicious, then just right weekend breakfast on the 2nd floor, on weekdays in the front restaurant, the bath towels are smaller compared to other hotels, the toilet amenities are minimal, but they are there, but it's okay, the bathroom is also clean, the toilet works well, the hot water is strong, it looks like it's available Give it less than 3 stars, just have high expectations 🤣

One of the comfortable hotels in Batu. The meeting room is also nice. The food is delicious too. There is a swimming pool. The back yard is also available for garden parties. Those on holiday with family can stay here. But be careful when parking your car, sometimes there are greengrocers who come around to deliver food to restaurants. So if you go back, please be careful. Don't be like I nudged the vegetable seller. Thank You.

When I first entered, I was shocked when the electricity suddenly went off, the deposit was 200, it was still okay, why didn't I just want to borrow a plate, he said he had to order food first. Instead of borrowing plates from anywhere, including the service room, I don't know where to call because there are no instructions. the towels are small, what's more, the blankets are like reddorz, I swear I'm really annoyed at prices of 500 and above, the service is really not good, very disappointed
