The villa is great, comfortable, the interior is also quite good, the entrance is in the middle of Batu City, the view at night when it's clear you can see the view with the lights, the air is also cool but a fairly thin blanket is provided. The bathroom is clean, no food

For me, for this price, it's enough and I won't go back to unit 17C unless there are improvements :) so so.According to me:+ Service is very friendly and quite good. The chat response was quite fast.+ The interior is very nice and attractive.+ The Jacuzzi is inside, not like on the terrace in the upper unit (17B).+ Prayer mats, eating utensils, hair dryer, two bottles of drinking water, glasses, tea coffee, electric kettle, toiletries are provided+ Almost the entire room smells good+ The view is good if it's not foggy+ Clean towels- We were asked by the admin what time we would check in, and for me that was a bit odd. We chatted with the admin about arriving there at 15.00, but it turned out we arrived earlier at 14.30 (30 minutes earlier than expected, even though it said check-in could start at 14.00), and it turned out that the unit had not been cleaned up so we had to wait for them to clean it up.- The dirty mat from the previous guest was not replaced.- Hot water is possible, but you have to compete with the upper unit, especially the jacuzzi. We got hot water in the jacuzzi when it started turning on at 5 in the morning, then 15-20 minutes later it was mixed with cold water again. The heat only came out for about 10 minutes at the beginning, after that it started to get lukewarm and got colder. Apart from dawn/morning, the water in the jacuzzi tends to be cold, just like a cold bath 🥲. The whirl of the jacuzzi tends to be low. I was disappointed about this jacuzzi, even though we were interested in booking because of the jacuzzi.- Noisy if other units also have guests. The sound from the side and top units is quite audible. In fact, that night the side unit had really loud and disturbing music, exceeding the required time limit because the regulations were only allowed until 10pm, whether the villa was reprimanded or not.- Wifi at that time was very slow. It's useless.- The TV is either connected to an antenna or not because there are no channels at all. They said they could only use Netflix and the like, but the WiFi was really slow. It's no use having a TV that can't be used 🥲.- The mattress is a bit hard, not comfortable.

Cool villa that is really family FRIENDLY, really suitable for a honeymoon. Especially when it's busy with family...Quiet place and the best view in Batu City,,So I really recommend it, the staff is friendly and the check-in and check-out process is very fast...

Cendana Villa 17c, overall okay, very satisfying to spend the night here. nice view and instagrammable room, but the wifi doesn't work well. Hopefully it can be improved in the future. suitable for those of you who are going on a honeymoon or babymoon

Nice place, good view, jacuzzi at 17b can only be used in the morning, the TV is in trouble so it can't be used at all, breakfast is overrated (at a price of 75k per pack you should be able to get more)

The experience of staying overnight at this location was very memorable.The location corresponds to the point on the map and is within a residential location.The view from the back of the room is very good, especially at night with the city lights from a distance.The only drawback is that you feel anxious when soaking in the jacuzi because there is no cover from the rear view, from other people's perspective you can still see our activities in the jacuzi from afar.Overall, good and memorable.
