This is recommended accommodation. The building is still new and aesthetic. But the room is not clean, the wall paint is a bit poor so the backrest leaves a white mark. The water that comes out is also small. That's the only thing lacking. Everything else is okay

Been here twice, really top, really!!! If there were 10 stars, I would give it🥰 the employees are very polite and friendly, they are maintained, even the top room has a direct view of paragliding🍃 see you light❤️

My husband and I chose Cahaya 1 Villa & Guest House as our accommodation during our honeymoon, we booked it a day ago and paid a down payment... The response from the CS was very good, the service was also okay (were greeted, helped with carrying luggage, checked the completeness of the room (tissues in refill), and be informed that if there is anything, immediately contact CS.. For the relaxing place (rooftop cafe) it seems that there are no bean bags or synthetic grass installed because of the rainy season, I arrived at half past 3 in the afternoon in rainy conditions, but the atmosphere was serene.. Overall My husband and I were comfortable staying here, hopefully next time we can come here with our children🥰 Thank you for the service...

Very untrustworthy, I had booked far in advance but on the day I was told that it was full and canceled unilaterally, even though the position was already in Malang, carrying a baby, from afar I was tired, eh zonk grgr this is the accommodation. Finally, I wasted the whole day looking for a new hotel, which at that time was all full because of the long holiday. The inn made a lot of excuses, saying that there were also those who booked far in advance for a longer time, even though before booking I had asked how many empty rooms there were and was answered, only 1 was occupied, obviously I should have got that room. Really bad service. It's fine, you guys are making trouble for other people.

It's true that the place is new... there's a lack of maintenance... the bathroom is a bit dirty... then the rooftop doesn't have any flooring or beanbags... they say the place is a bit wet, even though there's only a little bit of it that's wet and it can be dried if the manager wants... then when I said, it's dry over there bro, he said clean the bean bags again 😅Room no AC no fan.....Please train the staff on how to deal with guests... improve their communication methods...Yellow rice breakfast is delicious, but the portion is small 😅

Really recommended, the employee's service is very good, the price matches the quality, the rooms are always clean and smell good...I'm sorry that there's no AC/fan in my room 6. On a hot day because I checked out it was really slow and maybe the Wifi could be fixed because it was disconnected and often didn't connect.But I like the great service 😘😁

Good place and location not far from the city, wide and nice view, nice clean room even though there is no air conditioning but still cool, please try installing the curtains tighter so they close tightly, the crew is friendly and kind 👍. Defend. Thank You

We stayed in a spacious, comfortable, very clean room, the villa was still very new. Please maintain cleanliness and service. Without air conditioning, it is already very cold in this villa. Strategic location with rock views, interesting natural views, you can see paragliding, a spacious balcony like your own. Especially the downstairs rooms. The price is really worth it... the staff is friendly poll... and very helpful, highly recommended for a staycation at this villa.Breakfast with yellow rice is delicious, small portions but filling.Suggestion- Position the TV a bit low- The sink glass is not high enough- Put mosquito nets on the curtains.Overall really okay
