We hadn't planned this stop at Batu in our trip and we were pleasantly surprised!Small hostel, we stayed in the double room with shared bathroom, narrow but more than sufficient for us. Would not be suitable for a family but for backpackers/routs (this is clearly stated in the name of the hostel after all!).Very friendly staff who give lots of advice for eating or visiting.

Strange accommodation. It wasn't time for check out before someone rudely entered the room and was asked to leave. The international check out time is 12.00 PM, not 20.00 PM. We were told to leave. Super duper weird. If possible, I'd give it 5-star service to you ππ»

It's called a backpacker hostel. Very suitable for singles traveling together. Not suitable for families. The crew is friendly and alert. Arrived in the morning at 9 and were given early check in and so we had time to rest before starting activities at the tourist attractions. You will never find it in other places. Additional advice, provide hot water in each room, please make proper electrical connection points and provide proper towels.

A comfortable place to stop in Batu City. Close to several food places and access to the Batu city square. The room is comfortable with a soft foam bed according to the budget. Plus breakfast dishes at no additional cost.

The concept is okay, but if you see this La Casa room for yourself, you'll think again. Actually it is an ordinary house with 3 KT (1 below 2 above). The bedroom walls are damp. The service is sorry, really slow. Security at night after 24.00 no one is on guard, employees go home.

Actually, the location and service of this guest house is okay, the place is also in the middle of Batu city and you can see views of the mountains and the twinkling city lights (if only the torrent on the rooftop was moved, maybe everything would be visible). Oh yes, my suggestion is to turn up the water in the hotel room a bit so that it's easier when bathing. For others, there is no criticism

Book the most expensive room.But the walls are all collapsed. The corner of the room was really dirty, lots of dust. There is no doormat. The soap is gone. Super zonkkkkkππΌ sorry, it's really different from the one on social media. Hopefully it's fixed.

STAFF friendly. The room and mattress were a little dirty when I checked in, the shower was dead. Breakfast was too late, only ready at 9.30 am. The location is close to Batu City Square.

Best stay so far.Very cheap prices, very good and friendly service, complete facilities, super comfortable, feels like at home.Coffee, tea, sugar, water is provided for free, because there is a public kitchen + refrigerator. There is a rooftop for relaxing or eating together, there is a prayer room too. Clean fragrant rooms.It's really cool because you can use every corner of the house to make a super comfortable room on a low budget. Fix will become a regular every time you go to Batu City.

Got a unique new room with a bathroom with "wide windows". If the window curtains are not closed, they can be seen from the rooftops of other houses. In the morning, on the rooftop you can see the sunrise even though its beauty is blocked by cables and house roofs.

The location is easy to find and close to several tourist attractions in Batu. The accommodation seems to be divided into 2 places, I stayed at La Casa with a private bathroom on the 2nd floor. The room was small but aesthetic, according to the photo shown on the application. The bathroom is a bit open but there is a curtain to cover it. There is a smart TV connected to the internet so you can watch YouTube. The mattress is comfortable with 3 soft pillows and a warm blanket. You can cook for yourself downstairs, there is a stove and dishwasher. The downside is that privacy is lacking because noises from outside the room can be clearly heard so it is sometimes disturbed, especially when sleeping at night when other guests check in and are noisy, they automatically wake up. Then the shower only has cold water. On the hotel voucher it says you can have breakfast but when you ask the guard you can't. The towel doesn't absorb water enough. The parking is only for motorbikes like that.

Really like it, even though the place is small but beautiful (just take a standard room) Scandinavian style. Clean! The staff is friendly too. Next time I want to stay here if I go to Batu again π the atmosphere is homie β€ oh yes, you can only park motorbikes here. If you want to bring a car, you can inform the staff first
