I booked a superior ocean view room, in the application it was written that there was a hot and cold shower, free toiletries and coffee/tea making facilities... but in reality the zonks and towels which were no longer suitable were still being served to guests... and luckily I always brought them My own towels and toiletries... because it was my first time in Labuan Bajo, so I felt like I chose the wrong hotel... next time I won't be staying at CF KOMODO HOTEL again... I'll give it 4 thumbs up for the service!

I dont mind having minimal amenities and really dont need much. But this place boasts several amenities they do not have. There is no airport transport, no hot water,no breakfast, and the outlets are sketchy and didnt work in one of our rooms. There was a gaping hole in the bathroom ceiling with wires exposed. The plumbing from the sink leaked water everywhere. Simple adjustment they just couldn't do I guess. Showed up with no towels and no waste basket. Would have been fine if they didnt charge up $ 21 US dollars for a night ! Maybe worth $ 10? They need to update their website so people know what they are getting into.

There’s no wifi. No free transport to airport. No free breakfast. Websites need updated amenities. Sink runs out on the floor. Electrical outlet barely works. Bed was messed up. There was a big hole in the bathroom ceiling. No towels in room. I would not recommend staying here. Can do way better at this price. They act like it doesn’t matter at all. Not sure if they are even trying to run a hotel.

There is no free airport transfer and no wifi. Even though it says these 2 things are available and free. I'm confused about transportation.The shower leaked, couldn't be used for bathing.AC leaking.Can't get amenities: soap, toilet paper.
