The bathroom seems to be rarely cleaned. Housekeeping is lacking. The bath soap used by previous guests is still there. The water heating kettle still has the remains of previous guests. The room floor needs repair, it moves when stepped on. The wardrobe hinges came off. Drinking water was only served 3 hours after checkin. The AC is not cold even though the temperature is 16. The television has no channels. There is a mini refrigerator but the socket is not available. No sandals available.

Hotel in the middle of the city, when you enter the reception room, it feels small and cramped, but to the back... it turns out there are lots of rooms and they are quite spacious. The breakfast is delicious. The employees are friendly.

price 250 thousand with minimal facilities. the bathroom is broken, there is no hot & cold water, the toilet is dirty with lots of crusts, the bed sheets are not clean like they have been used, the staff is very poorly trained; wake up guests in the morning just for breakfast. food not tasty at alltoo bad, not recommended!

Here are some suggestions for improving service:I stayed in a room for 750 thousand, but the room when I stayed was still dusty, the bedroom slippers (sorry) were used slippers, there was no mineral water, there was only 1 sachet of coffee and it didn't taste good, the linen was dull and even the sheets were torn. There are no amenities for the bathroom, the front bathroom mat is dull, the AC is not cold, we reported it to the staff and they didn't respond. The bathroom walls don't seem to be brushed clean. Here are some notes for housekeeping, hopefully improving cleanliness and providing facilities according to room rates. ๐

The hotel room is not suitable for the rate of 750 thousand, equivalent to a 3 star hotel, breakfast is very simple... The AC is old so the room is not cold, the room layout is not good, the clothes hangers are not hotel standard, mineral water is not provided in the room , the cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom must be better, bed lamps must be prepared, torn linen must be replaced, there are no pillowcases, there are no bathroom amenities, this is input for the owner so that it must be fixed according to guest input

The room was dirty and smelly, even though the VIP room smelled of dust, it looked like it had never been cleaned, in the morning my throat hurt from breathing dusty air all night.The wifi password wasn't given, there was a TV but it wasn't on, you didn't get breakfast because it was finished and you couldn't add more, the hotel environment was really not clean... really a terrible experience
