Clean room, parking for bikes with a roof, quiet. Simple Breakfast like Nasi Goreng is included.Long Check in, the owner did believe or saw in this App that I really booked. Far from Central Laubuan Bajo, about 10 min by bike.

Accidentally booked for the incorrect month but the owner & and his family were extremely helpful and assisted us in finding alternative accommodation even dropping us to the accomodation. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Could not recommend highly enough

We absolutely LOVED our stay with Thyo and his family. The rooms are basic but have everything you need. They are large and clean with great aircon. The location is only 10 min scooter from the tourist centre of town, so its not walking distance but don't let that put you off. This is such an incredible experience, and truly authentic staying with a Manggarai family. The breakfast is tasty, and we loved talking with all the family and learning about their lives. We will definitely be back one day and will recommend to everyone we meet.

We had an absolutely amazing stay here. Were here only one night, but instantly fell in love with the hospitality of Thyo and his family.The room is simple, clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a stay in Labuan Bajo, especially for the price. Nice addition is the farm they have in the backyard. Thyo happily showed us around and introduced us to the newborn piglets.Furthermore, we received fresh mango from the garden, breakfast and a drop off at the airport (10 minute drive), all for free!Scooter can be rented at the guesthouse and you will be in Labuan Bajo mainstreet within five minutes. We only needed the scooter for catch dinner in town and Thyo didnt hesitate: we could take the scooter for free, since it was only for a few hours.So yes, this is truly an awesome place to stay!

We stayed here because somebody that we met in Lombok recommend this place in Labuan Bajo.And I'm so thankful because this has been the best experience we have had in our entire trip in Indonesia.The rooms are simple but spacious, the bed is comfortable and the AC works pretty well. The house is only 15 minutes drive away from the airport.The breakfast is delicious.But the best of everything is Tio and his family, such amazing people!Tio sat with us as soon as we arrived and answer the thousands questions we had about Labuan Bajo and Komodo. He also helped us to rent a super nice scooter to go to Ruteng and he kept our heavy luggage safe with him while we did this 3 day trip. We had such a good time in this guests house that we ended up staying again after Ruteng. Tio is the kind of person that would do everything to make sure you have a good time, and you see that everything he does he do it with his heart. At the end he dropped us at the airport for no extra charge.He also allowed us to use one scooter to go to downtown to have dinner, also at no extra charge.Honestly this was a memorable stay for us in Labuan Bajo and it was all thanks to Tio.If I go back to Komodo I will definitely love to stay here again.Thanks for everything amigo Tio! And wish you the best to you and to all your beautiful family!

The guesthouse is located in the administrative center far from tourist services like restaurants. It is easy to get a delivery here.The room has a bed and a bench. No chairs, no closet for things, no lamp. The air conditioner is noisy.The hostess made a wonderful delicious breakfast of fried rice. There is a water cooler, tea, coffee and toasts.Don't forget to bring shower gel, dental supplies, only toilet paper in the bathroom.
