Good and worth it

It's a big scam. If you go through agoda or another online reservation site the price is 1€ or 2€ to be paid in advance. When you arrive there the owner pretends not to speak English even though she understands and speaks very well. She says that she hasn't received anything, that she doesn't work with reservation sites and that you have to pay again (more expensive obviously, €6 or €7) for a room. Thus it recovers money from agoda for people who will not make complaints because for 1€ or 2€ many will not take the trouble and it recovers money from people who are caught off guard and without other solutions (especially when checking in at night in this remote area) have no choice but to pay a second time.The problem here is not the price paid but the horrible person that the owner is and her despicable way of making you understand that she has ripped you off and that you are not going to be able to do anything about it. She is condescending, turns her back on you, speaks to you with contempt and openly mocks you while laughing as you try to explain the situation to her, she even went so far as to tell me that if I am not happy with complain to Agoda (not bad for someone who doesn't speak English). The scam is well established and well controlled. We were 3 travelers arriving at the same time and with the same problem.In short, if like me the intention is to travel on a low budget, don't hesitate for a few euros more to go somewhere else and avoid a great moment of irritation for people who don't care because their scam has been in place for years and working. And as a tourist in this part of Indonesia there is nothing you can't do.

Anarch! Do not book on Agoda as the owner claims not to be on the platform. She pockets the money and asks you to pay 100,000 for the room. This is a well-established scam! Prices are low to attract you.She is very rude and pretends not to speak English (except when we ask her about her room).Avoid, she's a thief.

What's worse, we already booked via the Oyo application, but when we arrived at the hotel we wanted to check in, the hotel said we wouldn't cooperate with any application, we were tired and tired after the trip, when we arrived at the hotel, the hotel staff was not polite and said various things about lacking verbal and spoken manners, Hopefully there will be no more victims, for the hotel, hopefully the future will be better, thanks

The location of the hotel is strategic and easy to reach, but the rooms may be due to age, so some parts of the ceiling are starting to get damaged. Furthermore, the service is also lacking because the sheets on the bed in the room are not replaced if we stay for a few days and especially the water sometimes comes out, sometimes it doesn't.

We ordered via Agoda, we paid TF but when we arrived the accommodation said it was full and we didn't get the money back, it's a joke.
