A comfortable bed is the only requirement I asked for an hotel/Guesthouse/Homestay. Unfortunately, I could feel the springs in the bed which made it impossible to have a good night sleep. In addition pillows were too high. There was also an event in the main restaurant so it was noisy early in the morning with a lot of people around. I do not recommend this place until they invest in good mattresses. We booked two nights but we left after one. The room was relatively cheap, it is in a quite area, and there is a swimming poo

Amongst the worst hotel breakfasts - chicken left over from who knows how many evenings before, thawed out bread with Blueband margarine and jam, cold fried eggs and watermelon. The bedding smelt less than clean. Wifi was good.Β β¦

The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are also quite friendly and not complicated. I checked in when it was half past 12 noon and I was still allowed to enter the room. There is a swimming pool too. Got breakfast even though it wasn't a buffet but it tasted quite ok. If the price could be a little cheaper, it would be the most worth it hotel in the city of Waikabubak.

This hotel is good for regional Nusa Tenggara. It is very clean and has a large, well-maintained swimming pool. The food in the restaurant is good but it operates on a limited menu. The location is not very central but no problem if you have your own transportation.

The service and food need to be improved and check the room again because the first time I came in it smelled like anus, fortunately it wasn't burning in the room. As for the facilities, there is a swimming pool that is being built. For those looking for a quiet atmosphere, this hotel is the right choice because at night it's quiet and the WLPN is quiet in the middle of the city

I have stayed here 3 times, the first time in December 2021, October 2023 and December 2023.The hotel is clean, the bathrooms, sheets are also clean, snacks are included for guests and are refilled every day.It's just that in the second experience in October I got a room where the AC only had wind on the first night, and I reported that for the second and third nights the AC didn't turn on either.Luckily the air from afternoon until dawn was relatively cool so it wasn't stuffy, the room was full so I couldn't move rooms.Hopefully if there are problems in the future we can respond quickly.But overall it's okay, the employees are friendly and responsive.

The location is far from the city center so it is difficult for guests who want to find food and shop for personal needs. The hotel service is quite satisfactory and the staff are friendly and quite helpful
