I give 4 stars only because of the (low) soundproofing of the room. Equip yourself with earplugs, unfortunately as in many populous centers there is a minaret that will not hesitate to wake you up at 5 in the morning. Not that the situation changes by choosing another place.Otherwise, the location is excellent for airport transfers (5 minutes by taxi) and port (even on foot). Spacious and very clean rooms. They are equipped with a kitchenette and two silent air conditioners. Precise and friendly welcome.

We wanted to stay there for one night after spending 3 days on a boat to visit Komodo Island. It has many positive points: it is very close to the port, you have restaurants and services nearby, the staff is pleasant… the rooms are very spacious, very clean and so is the bathroom. The only downside is: being next to a mosque, the call to prayer can wake you up at 4 in the morning, as was the case in our case. Therefore, it is a very good choice, but don't forget the earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

A good clean large place....the room and the bathroom was large clean, modern...I was here for only a night . But was comfortable. They sent a taxi....but i felt the price was a bit much. Otherwise great stay and close to the mainstreet with the restaurants.

We had a great time. The rooms are really big and spacious, with huge windows. Opposite to the other comments, we found the rooms really quiet and well insulated. The two ACs in the room keep it at perfect temperature all the time and the beds were really comfortable as well... The kitchen is a nice touch, and furnished with a big fridge.We can recommend this stay :)

It was okay but I had problems with the water which taste slightly salty as it is sourced from the groundwater, so if you have sensitive skins, it will make your skin dried and flaky.

Great place to stay!!! We were able to walk in and book a room there and then and even checked in early as the room was ready and available. Staff super friendly and attentive. The WiFi was great too!!The room was huge!!! Way too big for just two of us but very affordable. The aircon was fantastic. The room was clean and everything done to a good standard. Bathroom clean and everything in good working order. There was a kitchenette but we didn't use it as we only stayed one night. We had a room with a balcony and it had great views which we did not expect and were very pleasantly surprised with. There was a drying rack on the balcony we got good use out of.They don't do any food or drink services (they do have free water top up at the front desk and bottles in the fridge to reuse) but we ate in the Italian restaurant downstairs and it was good (too hot for us as its open planned so no aircon just fans, but nice food) the location is perfect as room has a view but it's not on a main busy road so no loud traffic noise. Super close to the main road, couple minutes walk. Place to keep your scooter off the street too.We only stayed one night as we had plans for a boat trip. Would recommend staying here. Good value, great location, excellent room and lovely staff.

Large rooms with balconies and harbor views. You can walk to the action in 5 minutes. Of course it's not quiet in such a central location. Traffic, 4 mosques, chickens and dogs... Ear plugs are recommended, then you can sleep through the night in the super comfortable beds.In-house restaurant the best in Labuan Bajo.

We stayed 2 nights. The position is the best feature of the hotel, if you arrive in Labuan Bajo by boat, because you can reach it by walking. Beside that, I don’t have other positive things to say. There is no common area where to stay/rest. The room was way too big. Probably they wanted to recreate the ambience of a suite but if feels more like staying in an empty box. The water in the bathroom stinks. The wifi works really poorly. I am pretty sure that for the same price you can have something better in Labuan Bajo

Traveled October 2022.Italian management:Dirty rooms. Bathroom smelling like rotten egg for the whole stay. Salt water for washing (nowhere else in Indonesia, even much more remote ones like Nusa Penida literally in the middle of the forest, have we found water like this.)Perpetual chaos. You don't sleep. The muezzin shouts from 4:00 to 4:30 through thousands of loudspeakers scattered throughout the street and the town. Rooms absolutely not soundproofed, every moped that passes by, every horn sounds like it's in the room.Out of desperation we moved a few km to Bintang. From there the real holiday began.

It was the nastiest experience I’ve ever got in a humble place as Labuan Bajo has offered.I’ve checked in to my already paid room at 3.30PM, then the receptionist bang my door loudly to kick me out of my room at 7PM because she has mistakenly gave the wrong key. It took more than 3 hours to realize that stupid mistake, disturbed my rest, without compensation at all.The most disturbing fact was, I left my thing in the previous room and no one checked in that previous room. Just arogancy, stupidity, bad service from the hotel.There are plenty other hotel with much better facilities and location in Labuan Bajo.

Accommodation for one night before and after the Komodo liveaboard. The room is spacious and there is a refrigerator and induction cooker in the room. The hot water works well, the rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly. Very good accommodation except that it is a hilly road to travel with diving equipment. You can also store as much luggage as you want. Another advantage is that the food on the G floor is very delicious. (Local restaurant)

The restaurant food is really expensive for what it is. For food that is 3x the normal price, you'd expect short wait times at the very least. But nope, not even. It's long wait times and my 125k fish didn't even come with rice - you have to order seperately! Do not recommend.
