Terrible Hotel Management and Unprofessional ServiceI recently had an extremely disappointed experience at this hotel. We had booked in advance through Agoda, but when we arrived, the hotel could not find our reservation in their system. Despite showing them our booking confirmation, they were unable to do anything and could not find a solution. Instead, we were rudely told that we had to resolve the issue ourselves before they would give us a room.This behavior is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. It appears that the hotel management is unable to keep their booking system up to date, causing major inconveniences for guests. I strongly advise against booking here, especially through online platforms like Agoda, as you cannot rely on the hotel's service. The innkeeper and his staff are very friendlyAn additional facility of staying here is free shuttle to the airport, so you don't have to worry about looking for a vehicle when you get to the airportThe staff also provided recommendations for places we could visit with beautiful views, outside of the destinations we already hadThe room facilities are quite complete, such as air conditioning, drinking water in the room, water heating kettle, glasses, amethysts such as soap and toothbrushes, TVThe place is quiet because the location is slightly insideThe downside is that when we stayed in the 2nd floor room, the water flowed when showering, it took a long time to fall so sometimes when we showered the water was a bit memorable.I have conveyed this to the staff, and hopefully it will be followed upLack of sink in roomThe bed could probably be cleaned better, because when I sleep wearing black clothes, I can see dust sticking to my clothesThe location is because of the entrance, so to access public facilities you need a vehicle, such as accessing food stalls and mini marketsBut overall at that price it's quite okay
