Clean, comfortable rooms..But the service is not good...Online room prices and direct booking can be very different...I ordered a room via the application. The first day I got a room, I planned to stay for 6 days, and I could only check in online / night, I couldn't directly book for 6 nights... the next day I checked in, it was successful but the hotel closed check access -in because there is a price difference between the hotel and the application, so I can't check-in again, even though there are still many empty rooms, including the room I stayed in before...This should be an internal matter for the hotel and the hotel service provider application, don't involve the comfort of hotel guests who end up giving a bad assessment of service like this, because they have to confirm for a refund which is complicated. Sorry...Or at least, no more collaboration with applications that are felt to be detrimental to the hotel...My suggestion, improve the quality of service to customers...
