Western food was below average. However, the local foods looked amazing. The staff started scubbing and cleaning the floors well before closing. Kinda annoying in the middle of an intimate conversation.Looked to be a great spot for sunset...

Location was not to far from ruteng, delicious food, but the service was bad, the table were not cleaned after poeple eat, sigarete smell were everwhare, the smoking and non smoking room was in one room and no saperate room, so i had to take it outside and the table were not clean until i reach out for the waiters, need to had a saperate rooms for the smookers, need to train more for the waiters so they will not just playing handphone all the times

To flee!We had booked two nights in this hotel which has good ratings. However, don't fall for it, the majority of comments are about the restaurant and not the rooms. The rooms are in deplorable condition and no cleaning is carried out. When we arrived, we entered our room and found a sticky floor. We were only at the beginning of our discoveries. We then noticed that the balcony door did not close. And by definition allowed mosquitoes and others to enter the room. Finally, the bed was filled with larvae, dead and living midges and dead mosquitoes. The bathroom was also in deplorable condition, leaks, spiders, mosquitoes and rust on the equipment. So we immediately asked reception for cleaning. Which was done and as a result the room finally looked like a clean room.The restaurant being closed (of course we had not been warned) we went outside to eat. Fortunately our guide was there because the closest place to eat is more than 15 minutes away.When we returned to the room, we found new gnats and larva in the bed and even under the duvet. We wonder how this is possible. So we left, and obviously we still had to pay for the night.I do not recommend this place. Also if you look at the different reviews you will see that those of the last few months are catastrophic.
