One out of two's hotels I had been stayed that give racist and outrageous treatment to the Indonesian.Stayed for three days with some British working mates, I got the worst room among all. Others can be upgraded to sea view without extra charge but mine needed to pay for extra 200k for upgrade to similar room and ended up with hill view, which definitely not the hill cause you only can see the parking lot and lobby.Receptionist is very good at discriminated others, asking if I just dropped my Brits friends to the hotel but fully noticing that I brought a large suitcase.Food prices is crazily expensive and taste weird as well, not to mention wrong dish presented from Carbonara to Bolognaise. Friends had noodles that cost almost 100k and tasted weirdly bland.Only get a shampoo, shower cap, a brush and two hand soaps for toiletries and really thin tissue toilet is placed on the first day of my stay.Hats off to The Jayakarta Suites Komodo Flores, definitely a new experience to me and definitely will pass this experience to my friends and colleagues.

Beautiful hotel but occasionally a bit of far-reaching glory. Very nice people and nice to have a shuttle service to the center (6:00 PM there and 9:00 PM back). Chill pool! However, the food is very overpriced as is the beer. A lunch (club sandwich) and a beer together cost 200idr and that is too much for this region.

Very simple room, comfortable bedding, spacious shower. Poorly soundproofed. Beautiful swimming pool, but not many deckchairs. The hotel gardens are beautiful. The sea is close to the hotel, but dirty.

Let's start by saying that the hotel is not located in the center, but outside, there is nothing around, they provide 1 shuttle that takes you to the center at 6pm to bring you back at 9pm, otherwise you have to call a taxi because there are no grabs practically in the area.As a positive note, there is certainly the kindness of the staff, who are always very friendly. The pool is crazy, clean, quiet, they provide towels. The beach in front of the hotel is clean, the areas near it are not, there is no possibility of swimming in the sea.Let's move on to the negatives:The restaurant is absolutely NO! Terrible lunch and dinner, the most terrible I've ever had in two weeks.Breakfast was varied and acceptable. They let us find two bottles of water in the room only on the first day, the rest were not and the water was really expensive to buy at the restaurant (because it had not been replaced in the minibar), also only 500 ml bottles. The rooms are not soundproofed, we had the suite and yet we heard the neighbor's alarm clock ringing indefinitely and the TV at night, the rude people who at 5 in the morning were making a racket in the corridor talking to each other, truly a nightmare! It has a nice view, but not enough to compensate. If I went back I would stay in a hotel in the centre, I wouldn't go back!
