Charming boutique hotel overlooking the western shore of LB region. As a small hotel the resort was personal and friendly, the rooms are immaculate and the view is spectacular. We also loved the excellent local fish at dinner. Really great mid-range option for Labuan Bajo.

Only ate here, but not recommended at all. Small fish, tasteless, expensive and mediocre drinking.

We loved the hotel’s decoration, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The view is beautiful, even though it's not exactly in a prime location. The water heater and bed were very nice and quite comfortable, especially for Labuan Bajo standards. However, the hotel is not in the city center; it’s a bit far from everything, so you’ll need a motorbike to explore the area or even to buy small items. Fortunately, they have a good restaurant (good enough for the island), offering both local and Western cuisine. I strongly recommend the local dishes—they are excellent. The Western menu, however, is more of a 3 out of 5 stars. There are a few things to note about this hotel: some of the bathrooms have mold—not terrible, but if you’re sensitive to it, request a mold-free room. Also, the quality of the Western food is just okay, but given the limited options, it’s manageable.Despite these issues, I still give this place 5 stars because of the amazing staff and the charming decor. I strongly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a budget-friendly resort in a quiet area of Labuan Bajo.

Great potential, the view is very suggestive both from the rooms and from the swimming pool as well as from the windowless room of the restaurant on the highest floor of the structure, all made of bamboo and with a thatched roof.Unfortunately the structure is a bit isolated, you necessarily need to have at least a scooter. The rooms were very spacious, but the bathroom smelled, the sink looks like that of a camper, the toilet leaked yellowish water from the thousands of silicone patches that were made at the base, the shower phone was wrapped inside a tissue handkerchief, no one knows exactly for what reason, and it was also cracked (it was clearly leaking and the pressure of the water coming out was ridiculous). In all this, the bathroom floor is sloping and a puddle formed at the entrance after taking a shower. The sliding entrance door is so poorly assembled that once closed there are 2 cm gaps on the sides of the door, obviously insects, geckos, mosquitoes and whatever enter. In the room you will find a can of baygon beforehand. For the rest, as I was saying, the structure has great potential and crazy resorts are being built in the area. High price overall.Very helpful waiters and staff.Small but very nice swimming pool overlooking the gulf and the islands.Very close, a 15-20 minute walk, is the Atlantis on the rock, the spectacular restaurant of the Plataran resort.
