The location is about 5 kilometers from the airport, but there is a free airport shuttle.The beach sunset in front is so pretty.There is a supermarket right next door where you can buy things easily.We also run a restaurant where you can have a quick dinner after sightseeing in Komodo. (The restaurant is also delicious)It's clean and tidy, and the staff is always in front of you, so you can make requests at any time.I think there is expansion construction going on next door.I recommend it.

The room is clean and airy, have a balcony for you to dry your clothes if you want. I’m very satisfied about that.The free breakfast is quiet simple, just bread and egg, but it’s Ok. Instead, the staff at this guest house are very friendly and always willing to help, although they’re not good at English.Thank you for giving me a good experience!

Friendly staff. Nice place to cool down. Had a stop over from the heat to get cold drinks. Half what’s in the menu drinks were not available as the staff do not know what are the kind of drinks are served. Small advice to success….. Staff needs to be given simple training when serving.

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Komodo National Park.It is a very nice hotel, the rooms are very clean and the staff is kind and always tries to help you.Just bear in mind that the hotel is located a little bit far away from Labuan Bajo centre (1 hour walking), so you'll need your own transportation or you'll have to ask for a taxi everytime (still it's not expensive, aprox 2€). They offer free transfer to the airport.

This hotel is a little far from the center but still worth to stay. Room is VERY clean. They clean it every day. We stayed 2 other hotels before checking in here and it’s the best in Labuan in our opinion.Staffs are friendly. There’s a restaurant in front of the hotel. There’s also free pick up service.Only one recommendation, the hotel can provide scooters for rent.

My wife and I stayed here for about a week in total while in Labuan Bajo. It’s an excellent home base if you have a scooter while on the island. It’s a short scooter ride into town and it’s very quiet and peaceful at night. If you don’t have a scooter, however, it is a bit far from town or any nightlife. Rooms were modern and looked nearly new with comfortable beds and nice showers and bathrooms. Price was reasonable for the quality of the rooms. Staff were always super friendly and helpful. Would stay here again if returning to the area.

Well equipped rooms. Excellent room cleaning. Good Wi-Fi.... Cons - tired, uneven mattress, road noise. The staff begins cleaning the area at 7 am. Nearby is a mosque. If you are sensitive to noise, you will not be able to get enough sleep. Breakfast is standard, dishes and table are dirty. Overpriced.

The service was really good, but unfortunately the TV didn't work when I stayed. The rooms are clean and spacious. Comfortable and recommended! Provides free airport pick-up and drop-off shuttle.

The place is comfortable, lots of light comes in from the many windows. There is a bolster and there is an air purifier too. The people are all friendly. Not far from the beach if you want to relax. Great
