Booked via tiket com, when I confirmed directly with Villapedia, it turned out that it had already been booked by someone else (FIT), the service was very unfriendly, if it was full I had to close the allotment online, it wasn't very helpful, what if I didn't confirm and come straight away? If it doesn't become a fuss between two families, who will be harmed?

This is the second time staying at Villapedia's villa. This villa is not clean and looks old, there is a lot of dust. Ordered 9 extrabed blankets, the blankets were mini and very thin, like they were for small children. Complaints to admin were ignored. The admin is trained first so he can serve customers well. I'm really tired of not going back to staying at Villapedia's villa

1. Property kinda under maintenanced / old. Smells like abandoned house for long time.2. Bathrooms smell awful but clean enough. One of bathroom door is hard to lock, please fix it!3. Some chicken cages around the property area. Suggest to clean them regularly since they have unpleasant smell.4. Basic amenities (body soap/shampoo) are not provided.5. Limited parking lot.6. Expect to not making much noisy due to property located in residential cluster area.

Good, comfortable, big, spacious.. More than expectations.. Unfortunately there are no towel/clothes hangers in the bathroom or bedroom.. For those who want to barbeque, bring lots of charcoal for burning, because the stove is big.. Thank you!

I am disappointed with the surrounding environment!!! The villa provides game facilities, such as billiards, etc. Of course, guests can play as much as they want, they can be happy, but when they are playing happily, they are forced to stop and are not allowed to talk loudly, in reality we are just playing games!! The neighbors there reported us to the security guard until we arrived at the villa, strange! Maybe the surrounding environment was shirk and jealous to the point of reporting us as guests!! If you want to, you should report it to the villa owner!!! This is my first time renting a villa but this is how we are treated as guests. I will definitely not rent this villa again. I am very disappointed. Staying at the villa for fun, gathering with extended family, eating together, playing games together, but instead it's like this...really a very bad experience at this villa 😡😡

I'm fair and still give 5, 6 stars even if possible, regarding the beauty of the villa, but this will be the first and last time I choose this villa, the fact is because at 11 pm we were playing billiards, and were visited by local "officers" based on neighbors' reports that's disturbed, c'mon man we didn't play some dangdut or remix or something, we just chillin playin some balls, and hey what do you expect from a gathering in the villa? some silent quiet quiet environment?! Just go to the cemeterySo my choice of villa location has a low rating because the location is not "cool"And yeah I will not recommend this place for my colleagueMeh..
