To be honest, the place is okay and the facilities are okay too. but the receptionist is really bad!! Are you not trained before carrying out recruitment? I really remember the name of the receptionist was Firman, the service wasn't very good, I wanted to order 2 deluxe rooms and 1 premium room, then when I asked "how much is the walk in check in?" he answered "I don't know if I'm a new kid", I don't care if I'm a new kid or not, the term WALK IN, I don't know how come he can be a receptionist, then when my friend and I wanted to see the condition of the deluxe room he voiced a note to his friend in front of me and my friend "checkin manually I'm really lazy, "hey, if you're lazy, don't work, you need work and be more diligent! and he said something like this again "Is this a premium room, do you want to check it first or not? You'll regret it again" where there are workers who convince their customers to regret it, they should offer the best possible place. What's worse is he said "don't be loud or I'll be scolded for SP again", doesn't he understand the concept of hotels/lodging properties? What a coincidence, I'm a hotel kid and I was very offended by him being like that, he didn't understand our privacy, and we weren't going to have an impromptu clubbing in the room anyway. and during the check-in process I ordered a room with 1 KTP, he insisted on a room per KTP, even though it was approved everywhere, how many rooms did you want with 1 KTP, bro, and do you know his answer? "JUST GO TO ANOTHER PLACE IF THAT'S THERE" WOOOOW FIRMAN, is it still worth employing? My friend and I finally changed Reddoorz to another place because we were really disappointed with the service here. when I said "hey bro if you're like that you might not only be at SP but should be fired for treating guests not well, I'll tell Reddoorz" and he challenged me :)

The room smells like sewage. Sometimes, staying for 2 days is not given a refill of drinking water, then when you check out more than 20 minutes, you can't take the 100 thousand deposit, it's funny, these redoors, it's not a problem with 100 thousand, but it seems like you're 20 minutes late at checkout, you have to be fined 100 thousand. regretted staying at the hotel

Lowbudget apartments are pretty good. Got a room on the 33rd floor. The room is also spacious but you can't go out to the balcony. There is a hot water cooking area, 1 glass, there is a hot water shower, the bathroom is quite clean. The swimming pool cannot be used for several months. Don't know why

Good, the apartment looks like its name, you can get to the 33rd floor, the lift is quite fast, the room is big, the bathroom is also big and clean, and the view from the room is good, oh yes, there is a swimming pool too, it's really cool.
