Didn't explain the caharg. suddenly gave a fine for late check out even though check in was at 4 o'clock then check out wasn't until four o'clock and then at 1 o'clock it was considered late check out😭disappointed with the service.the waiter was not friendly😡🤬

It's really bad, the female receptionist is bitchy, the air conditioner isn't cold, the wifi doesn't reach the room, I've complained, they said they want to reset it, but in fact it's the same, nothing. The TV is also difficult to operate, not really worth the price. Not worth it.
