3 stars first... If it's good, I'll add more stars. Room 272, the AC is not cold enough, needs a bigger AC, the hot water in the bathroom doesn't work, the restaurant has lots of flies. Good and friendly service. Standard prices only need to be paid attention to for the rooms. Looks like more room service is needed. Because I returned from the hotel at 1 o'clock, the hotel had not been cleaned because there were so many rooms. Hopefully the owner will pay more attention. The food is pretty good, it just needs to be more innovative. Thanks

Stayed here when moving, the room was spacious & the AC was cold, only the wifi often lagged, the staff were friendly...oh yes the chicken soup was REALLY DELICIOUS ((unfortunately the photo is lost))

Stay AWAY from this place! We’ve never received a bad costumer service in Indonesia until we arrived here. The owner’s lack of care in his/her business is clearly reflected in the lack of training of the employees, the poor hygiene of the place, the awful attitude towards the costumers. Dead flies on the floor clearly left there for several weeks, noodles served raw, very bad taste on the food, employees fighting the clients instead of solving situations, a rat in the facilities. This is not an exaggeration, I promise. Again, employees cannot do their work properly because they are not trained, so don’t blame them. Owners, take care of your business, please.

One of the worst experiences we had in our trip in Flores. My wife and I were planing to stay here for one night, we went to the restaurant first. I Ordered fried noodles with vegetables and. My wife ordered can kung and fish filet. The noodles came with sausage and they were bad cooked. The taste was very bad as well. The waitress couldn’t speak English, so she asked help to his colleague. He told me to just put the sausage aside and that I ordered that dish. There’s nothing he could do.The floor was full of dead flys, a rat came out of the kitchen and they told me I needed to pay for all the dishes even though we couldn’t eat almost anything because the food was so bad. We obviously didn’t stay the night
