First time using the Red Door chain hotel, but I was a walk-in guest and didn't use the application, I happened to be near this inn because I had to look after my family who was being treated at Panti Waluyo Hospital.Pros:1. The staff is friendly2. The location is close to certain locations, hospitals, schools, city center3. The rooms are quite clean and the size is also sufficient for the price4. Close to mini markets, restaurants5. There are computer rentals and shops selling snacks, drinking water, etc. downstairs.6. The hot shower water is quite strong.7. There is soap and shampoo in the bathroom which is quite clean.Con:1. Close to a place of worship, so you wake up early in the morning to the sound of the loudspeaker.2. There is renovation work going on downstairs, so it is noisy and dusty. Hopefully it will be finished soon.3. Because it is right on the edge of a busy road and is the crossing to the hospital, you are often surprised by the sound of ambulance sirens.Overall my impression is quite good, the owner has done his best for the price set.

One of the worst places I have been in my life. The staff is friendly and attentive, but that's the only good thing about it. When you enter you don't really know where you are entering, if it is a supermarket, a hotel, a storage room or what it is.The room was horrible, dirty, gave a general feeling of dirt. The sheets were stained everywhere (photo attached), it made us so sick that we had to take out our own blankets to lie on, without even opening the bed. The bathroom, of course, was also disgusting, everything looked filthy in general, it looked like it had not been cleaned from the previous guest.And finally the noises, we couldn't sleep in the morning because of the noises of a construction that was already underway since 7 am, children screaming, the prayers for the chapel that is right next door, and the noise of the street which You can hear it perfectly since it is very poorly insulatedโฆ we have been to other hotels in Indonesia and none of us have come across these characteristics, they have all been acceptable until this one.I wouldn't repeat it nor recommend it for anything in the world, unless you want to not sleep and live filthy.On top of that, it's not cheap at all for what it is. Horrible price quality.

From the moment you enter, it already gives a strange feeling (Hotel? Shop? Scaffolding right behind the supposed reception?), although the staff is very friendly.The sheets and the duvet have yellow, black, blood stains... disgusting, impossible to lie down there peacefully. The room smells terrible (it doesn't have a window and it smells a lot like a terrible air freshener). In addition, there is a lot of noise all the time (children screaming at all hours, construction work starting at 7 in the morning in the same building, prayers at full volume, noises from the street that could be heard perfectly...). It's been horrible.

NOT FOR TOURISTSThe staff is kind and the room is ok for its price. But if you do not like to get awake every night at 4:20 am, do not book here. There is a muslim capel right next to it and you can't imagine how loud they are...
