FRAUDSTER!! MY MONEY JUST LOST. NEVER ORDER HERE.I already paid in full via the application, when I arrived at the lobby from the way he spoke, I was sure the father already knew I had ordered via the application and he had received the money. But maybe it's because of the high season so he doesn't want to accept the discount price from the application. So I canceled my stay even though I was tired of driving from outside the city.Because I was tired, I wanted to pay again manually, but I asked to see the room first. It turned out that the room was really small, damp and smelled of cigarettes!! VERY NOT RECOMMENDED 😫His father is very indifferent and rude. Hopefully no one else gets scammed again 🙏🙏

I booked a room on December 23, 2023When we first arrived at this inn, we were greeted by many people who had been stranded in the parking lot and lobby because they had been deceived. I was also fooled because I had booked via the application and had already paid. At the reception location, the security guard gave a statement that the rooms were full and were no longer working with the hotel booking application.Please close your hotel NDEENG, it's hurting a lot of people BLOGGGGGThat's all and thank you

I suggest not to stay here, there are indications of fraud via applications such as Agoda etc. When I came here I had booked it via the Agoda application, it had been paid for and confirmed in the application. When we got there, it turned out that I wasn't the only one who was deceived, there were many people who also had the same fate.The male receptionist who looked like a security guard said with a laugh when he said that this homestay did not accept bookings via the application. Many asked for clarity but only asked for a photo of the banner with the complaint number. Not a solution at all. Complaints via Agoda are also annoying. If possible, I would choose zero or minus stars.Please choose another homestay, it is not recommended to stay at Aurila Guest House.
