CMN Plonga Plongo officers didn't give any solutions.The answer is "I am a new officer here"Lahh... well, if you're new, ask your superiors, ask your seniors... ask for a solution if there's a problem like that, what should you do?Do customers want to lose their money and be told to sleep on the porch??After all, customers still have to teach things like thatEven though the room booking was also paid, 2 km was paid in full.But for a long time... there is no solution, until here people are asking for a solution.Because my family and I had a bad night, we were too lazy to look for another hotel, and we had already paid too.As a result, there was a room priced at 300, said to be a family room.When I entered the room, MashaAllah, it was very livable. The place is easy to reach and close to the Sawojajar Toll gate. But unfortunately there is not enough attention to cleanliness, it's best to check in the ready room to make sure it's not dirty. I even found hair on a pillow and a blanket that looked like it had been used. Finally asked to change rooms, thank God I got a fairly clean oneOh yesThere are lots of culinary delights around there, safe for those who get hungry easily hehehe

Yesterday I ordered 3 rooms, 2 on the 2nd floor and 1 on the 3rd floorThere is nothing wrong with the 2 rooms on the 2nd floorOne of them has an anuk and the other one doesn't. The AC is leaking, it's really leaking, it's dripping, the sheets are really dirty, the sheets are flat, the pillows are flat, it smells a bit too 🙈 the room the parents use, the bathroom can't be closed, the TV can't turn on...😒Even though the location is strategic, there are lots of sellers...

Strategic location, close to the main road, lots of culinary choices around, free tea & coffee, free refills of mineral water, clean rooms, only limited furniture, only a small table and chairs, towels, bed sheets are not clean, bathroom is clean and running water, AC is cold, dear In my room it leaks, the WiFi doesn't work smoothly, the TV often loses signal

for a very strategic location, close to the toll gate.and lots of food sales, coffee shops, laundry and minimarkets.the room was quite clean, although the sheets and blankets still had hair on them.It just looks like it's time for the pillow to be replaced, it's too thin

It's really a hidden gem, especially during New Year it's hard to find available accommodation at an affordable price. There are lots of people selling food around the inn so don't be afraid of going hungry

Just feel comfortable and valuable, even though it's not sharia, there is a no open BO ban, there is a fine policy for smokers in the room.If I may suggest signs, don't print them using paper, just use acrylic for aesthetics.The kitchen is generally set up to look like a pantry, so the interior also makes it nice...Hopefully it continues to grow👍👍👍

If you're just staying overnight or confused about finding a place to sleep in Malang, this place is quite cheap, the location is close to culinary places and cafes, suitable for hanging out at night... close to the toll exit, but maybe cleanliness needs to be improved...
