Dear management team,I apologize in advance for the criticism & rating I gave 🙏This is the first time I found a guesthouse which was very uncomfortable and made me overthink. Criticism:- Cleanliness -(not 1 star anymore, this is a real minus) the bathroom is dirty, the smell of urine is strong, the yellow toilet coaster makes you cringe.The TV is so dusty that when watching TV you can see handprints from the dust.What makes me overthink is the bed sheets & towels, I'm really worried if they aren't replaced by previous guests. After returning from here, I got a skin disease which could be said to be quite serious, so I had to go to a dermatologist. 🙂- Service -the reception staff is friendly.- Room Facilities -the room is quite spacious, not cramped, there is a table & chairs, clothes hangers behind the door, large glass on the wall, smooth wifi. minus: no brush & toothpaste, the spray hanger in the bathroom was broken, the tool that was pulled to change the water in the shower had to be rubberized to make it work, the divan had to be repaired because something came off.Suggestion: please pay attention to the cleanliness and maintenance of each room. Don't give cheap discount prices and then be given a very disappointing room like this. Isn't making repeat bookings better for customers? instead of making the customer explain the complaint p x l like this. I hope my criticism and suggestions can be well received for future evaluation.The first time I stayed here, I didn't want to come back here again.
