Spartan, cockroaches wandering around, dirty, dilapidated, no sink in the bathrooms... The staff does not speak English. To avoid. We left without spending the night there, they were honest enough to reimburse us after we demanded it.

The location is not far from public facilities, but the shortcomings are in the facilities such as: the AC can't cool, you don't get soap, the towels need to be replaced or at least given bleach (bayclin).

I stayed 3 days, the first day I only got 1 bottle of mineral water. The second and third day of staying here, you get 2 bottles of Cleo mineral water + 2 towels. Unfortunately there is no Qibla for prayer. Friendly staff. The price fits your pocket & is comfortable. There is hot water and fairly cold AC. TV can also have many channels. For accommodation <200k, this is recommended. But you have to be prepared to bring your own toiletries because there is no soap and brush🤭

Actually the homestay and facilities are satisfactory for a price below 200 thousand. BUT what makes me uneasy is the attitude of the staff.In the morning there were staff lying on the lobby sofa.SHOULD THE LOBBY SOFA BE DESIRED FOR STAFF TO SLEEP OR GUESTS??As a guest, I was very disturbed by this view. In the morning I should get positive energy, but seeing the staff lying stretched out on the sofa in the lobby makes me nervous!especially if the guy is looking after the guy, the sofa is used to sit and chat with the staff and friends. the sound was very noisy, disturbing the night's rest.As a guest, I also need space outside, not just in my room. but the sofa is used to hang out by the staff themselves.are the lobby facilities actually for staff or guests??The trash on the lobby table wasn't cleaned up, the staff was very lazy.

Strategic location, close to culinary areas, calm atmosphere in a residential area,Toiletries are only provided with 2 towels.Last night when I went to the bathroom the water turned off, after being told by the hotel staff, I still had to wait a while for the water to turn on, the car park was on the side of the road, the hot water was running smoothly, the TV channel was also functioning well

Highly recommended! For a long holiday stay, close to everywhere. The area around the Widyagama campus, ABM and schools has lots of food.The AC is cold, the warm water works. Gasss
