Just randomly searched on maps looking for the closest location to a private class and found this. Se.juk Premiere is classified as a new building, all the interiors are still shiny. The room is spacious enough for more than two people. Parking is spacious and not difficult. It's best to book by application or WhatsApp first to check room availability. The definition of cleanliness is part of faith in this cold weather, hehe. The bathroom is clean, the shower is all on, the hot water can be used. Smart TV, YouTube and Netflix can be used so far. Very good. Sugar tea coffee provided. There was a dispenser with gallons but at night and the next day I stayed it was gone. So you have to buy drinks from outside. The atmosphere is very calm because inside the housing complex, there is security monitoring too. The front view is empty land and a golf course. Ahead to the side there is an empty house but it's still safe so far there's nothing scary. All facilities can be used properly. Very worth the price hehe. The photos in the room are the condition after checkout, please understand ๐ฅฐDefinitely come back here ๐ฆ

The room is quite clean and comfortable, the service is also very good, there is quite a large parking area for motorbikes and cars.The problem is that the occupants of the other rooms are like uncivilized people, from evening until early morning it is very noisy. For those who intend to rest, it's better to look for another place.

Great location. Easy to find from the main road. The room was comfortable, but the ac was not really all that cold. Just enough. There's complimentary tea, coffee, and mineral waters. For the price you can't ask for more

Wow gross.Cheap price IDR 200,000 but very dirty.The boarding house residents are also dirty, with rubbish strewn about, and drinks too. It's better to just use it as a boarding house rather than a guest house.At 02.00 in the morning, whether the boarding house residents or anyone is noisy, just once I stay here ๐

I think the accommodation is comfortable. because it is far from the hustle and bustle of the main road, it makes resting even better. but the minus is that it is far from a place to buy heavy food or snacks.

A good place to rent if you're studying in Binus Malang. They clean your room, change your towels, bed cover, duvet, and floor-mat, and also provide free water from Galon (Aqua) which has cold and hot water. They also got heated water in the toilet and it is a seated closet, also they provide some soap as well as shower necessities like how a hotel does it. All you need to pay outside of rent is the electricity.I spend around 250k Rupiah for electricity per month, with 2 million rupiah/month rent for the third-floor room. I could say it is quite expensive for students but if you can afford it, it is a very nice and comfortable place to stay.The rent keepers are also very nice people and you can hang out with other people in the sitting place in the parking lot.The only thing that I find a bit annoying is the wifi connection, it is fast but only for a few minutes, after that, it is very slow and sometimes can't connect to the internet. For those who use zoom a lot and also like to stream movies, you will find it a bit annoying. Also for the cellular connection, only XL has a signal, Telkomsel doesn't reach here and I don't know about the other providers.For food, you mostly have to order online through Gojek/Grab.Overall it is a very excellent and comfortable place to stay, the only problem is just connection reach and wi-fi. If the wifi has been upgraded, I'll leave a 5-star but for now, a 3-star review.

Quite comfortable accommodation. With a very economical budget.Even though the location is a bit far from the main road.Because it's a new place, it's still okay in terms of property and cleanliness.Quite comfortable. The rooms are not very spacious but sufficient.Facilities: En suite bathroom, AC, TV, large cupboard, desk and reading lamp, and other small shelves.Sufficient car and motorbike parking.Unfortunately the receptionist is rarely on standby. If the guard is downstairs (parking)Mineral water is not provided in the room. Just refill too.But gallons outside the room are not available. So no water for the guests.

The place is really comfortable, the wifi is fast, and the price is relatively affordable. Staying a month is only 2 million here, excluding electricity. Much better than other boarding houses with the same price.Will come here again if I go to Malang.
