Hotel in a very convenient location. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were very helpful and kind.The only flaw we found was the fact that our room did not have windows facing the outside, but the hall, so we always had to keep the curtains drawn.

The only good thing is location. The service is not good. Room, there was no entertainment on the house. All of the tv broadcast just a few. Security manner is not good. Not so much helpful. The room is just as it is. Overall, only the location is good.

I've done it twice but there's still no progress..the cleanliness of the bathroom is still not satisfactory..a lot of dust on the table, the frame🙈..want to ask for coffee and sugar on the second day of my stay the housekeeping staff is too calculating..cook ask for coffee You can't just use 3, you can't have 2, that's it, the staff have really sour faces... guests stay more than 2 days, there is no control from housekeeping to offer stocks of coffee, sugar, tea and drinking water, there is no control over whether the guest wants to clean their room or not. change the sheets..guests come to check in. The staff doesn't offer help with the guests' luggage..security is not friendly..start making changes, OK!!

If you go to Malang, God willing, you will always stay here, the rooms are nice & the location is also strategic

This guest house only wins in its strategic location, with that price but minimal facilities. There is no swimming pool, if we don't ask for sleeper slippers they won't be given them, they won't give us vitamin bottles if we want to check out, too stingy. On weekends, on the street in front of the guest house there is a CAR FREEDAY event until 10 o'clock. We are blocked by cars and we can't go anywhere. If you rent a car, you can go to the guest house at 10 o'clock. Where the music sounds really loud? Not recommended for staying on weekends because apart from renting being more expensive, it is also noisy and uncomfortable.

The rooms are comfortable, unfortunately the receptionist is not nice. We have to leave at 12.15. Even though this hotel is quiet, there are only 2 rooms. My MBL is the same as 1 more MBL. The reason is that you want to use it. My person just asked for an additional exit at 12.30 but didn't do it.
