I am a loyal customer of Trix house. Every month I always book here, this time I was really disappointed... because this month I booked a room but changed the information about room availability up to 3 times... so in the end I didn't get a room.

For new hotels, there are a lot of things that need to be fixed. In terms of price, it's actually a bit overpriced because the facilities aren't worth it. When we arrived there was no receptionist in the lobby, so it was confusing, and there were several people waiting. but maybe because you can only check in at 2 o'clock so the receptionist is only on standby during check in time. The room is actually nice and neat, only on the dirty glass table there are lots of hair remains & small snack crumbs, maybe I missed it when cleaning. Then it often sounds like the sound of tables being moved, maybe coming from the top floor/cafe (my room was on the 3rd floor), and it's quite loud & annoying. The room is also not soundproof, so the voices of people outside can be heard clearly. The bathroom was actually okay, only the shower was unstable, at first the water was strong but after using it for a while the water slowed down to the point where it didn't come out, the temperature of the hot water changed to cold, hot again, very hot, cold again.The location is easy to find, just follow Google Maps directions.As for the employees, they are quite friendly, including the security officers.If I go back again, maybe I'll think twice because the price is overpriced hehe

Nice hotel and cozy room, quiet place but the location on the small second road little dark and silent although near to Trqnart and Malang Town Square also some universities. Not spacoius room but clean but the price little pricey compared to to other
