All is okay employee helpful, location perfect and exactly next to door mall. Room clean is okay bedsheets and towels clean. Just negative things is lobby is hot and when you order taxi , taxi must pay parking fee

Reviews for this hotel are comfortable, the service is friendly and the location and access are easy, if you want to go to the mall, just go next door...Initially they were given a Wellcome drink so there was coffee, tea, sugar and mineral water...There is an AC that functions well, even if you don't use it, it is still cold and not hot or stuffy.When we stayed there was a TV. Because I had a child with me, finally it turned it on. When I turned it on there was no signal, after fiddling with it it still didn't work, finally I called the operator, and it was served well by the technician, finally it worked...so you can then call to confirm again, good service from both employees, technicians and operators...The bathroom has a warm shower, and the lid is clean, there are no disturbing odors...Hopefully they will remain consistent with their service..As for the room, it's standard, for us it's okay, maybe if you prioritize the interior you need to repair the cracks and peeling paint, that's all.It seems like the hotel doesn't provide food, so just go to the mall to explore the food and drink restaurants available there.

Actually, this hotel is strategically located next to the Malang City Point mall, unfortunately the impression is that it is not well maintained, the facade of the hotel walls from a distance is good, apparently some of the wall paint has faded, when you enter you don't see the luxurious impression of a hotel, perhaps the interior needs to be re-arranged.Entering the room, the quality of sleep is also quite good. there is a safe, tea, coffee, bottled water and thermos heaters available, but the toilet/KM towels are rough, dull, not soft, it's time to replace them, there's no shampoo, just a small soap bar, the hot shower is also a little rustyFor those who want breakfast, there are no facilities from the hotel, it's a shame.I hope that in the future we will collaborate with hotel management that has an external network, so that it is managed well,

Worth staying at a price of 300 thousand to get a spacious and clean room. Very strategic location in the middle of Malang city. AC cold. Warm water is smooth. Complete amenities. Good service. Have stayed here twice.

There are swimming pool facilities but notcan be used because there is already waterDirty and filled with fishEven though you have to get a parking ticket to enter, don't worry, go straight to the reception to get a free parking stampIf you stay more than 1 day, just key the room at the reception + say ask for the room to be cleaned. Then the room will return to the way it was when we first entered and get another welcome drinkOverall worth staying

A budget hotel for business or sleep before going to explore Malang. Rooms are ok. Bed was ok. Toilet and amenities was ok. Simple and fulfill your essential sleepover. Near 2 malls so this hotel is very convenient.

as usual, the location is one of my greatest consideration when choosing this hotel. Furthermore, the connected building with depar**ent store and other cafe makes the stays very comfortable, no need to go here and there just to grab food and such

this time around, I experienced several technical issues with the electronic device and the staff was helpful. Glad to know how they focused on solving visitor' issues. Likewise, I got different room from another side of the building, the view in the morning was breathtaking

The view is good, the location is also quite strategic because it is next to the mall.But it's a shame that the facilities at this hotel are no longer maintained, the walls have lots of cracks, the walls are dirty, the swimming pool is dirty like a fish pond.The sheets also had holes and smelled like they weren't dry yet. The only amenities are 1 thin bar of soap.I also stayed 2 nights, the second day the room wasn't cleaned at all
