Great place to stay, an excellent spot in southern Bali. Very humble place, lovely operators. Fantastic view over paddies to the sea from my upstairs room balcony. Nice garden to eat breakfast.

It's a basic place. Generally clean and no bugs but also no extras. It's a solid place to sleep but nothing else. My room had a balcony looking out to rice paddies and the ocean beyond it. The host was nice.Know that this place isn't within walking distance of anything. You will need a motorbike rental (70,000 RP)

The rooms downstairs looked quite good, but the ones that we were assigned upstairs (fan ones) were dreadful: filthy, full of animals of any kind, spidernets and Geckoes’ pooes. The mosquito nets were broken, so we had to fight mosquitoes and flying ants all night long. We had to (sort of) wash the toilet by ourselves, since it was unusable. The water running out of the basin was black and stinky and the price paid was not that convenient. The landscape around is beautiful, but doesn’t compensate the overall atmosphere. No internet.I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

The hotel is overlooking the rice fields towards the black sand beach. Walking distance to the surf spots. Super quiet location, friendly staff . No WiFi. Hot (almost) water and AC give a good value for your price. …
