The place is safe, comfortable, clean, the house equipment is 100% very complete, starting from kitchen equipment (cooking utensils can be used for 30 people when eating, dishes, juice machine, coffee maker, magic com, refrigerator, dispenser, etc.), clothes washing machine and equipment the bathroom is complete. I don't regret staying here, it's really comfortable... but it's a shame it's only available for 3 nights, because the foreigners have already booked the holiday for 1 month πͺ. Oh yes, the beach is really cool, looks like it's private, the beach is long so it's safe to get wet. For swimming, don't try it because there are foreigners playing surfing, if you're lucky you can see turtles and fish. I can see turtles about to lay their eggs on land, lots of doves too. The pkk is really good for relaxing, when I come back I want to be here again.

Beautiful villa, it is clear that it is looked after very well, polite staff, cleaning every day. New air conditioners, but they are not needed, since in this season it is quite cool at night. You can hear the ocean well and at the same time not very noisy. Walking distance to a stunning beach. There is a hotel nearby where you can have dinner. There are plates, cups, good cutlery and drinking water. Nice clean pool. I recommend it to everyone for a beach holiday!

Beautiful villa to stay in! The design is amazing, you have all the facilities you need and owners are so friendly and beautiful people! And the bonus is that you feel like living in the jungle and you are 2 min from beach π

This time it's a mixed holiday with the Loca Coffee family. In my opinion, this is the best villa. Apart from being a private, calm, quiet place, the service is good and friendly, here it is also very close to Pekutatan beach, guys, just walk.

This place is such a perfect one to be your get away destination from the crowd! Stayed here for 3 days and it was very pleasant for me. Only a minute away to go to the beach and the weather was very nice. Loved the place so much.

Comfortable villa... The atmosphere is calm, the location is very close to the beach, the villa facilities are really good, the bedrooms are spacious, the dining room and family room are cozy, there is a swimming pool which can create an intimate atmosphere full of joy...
