I deliberately wanted to try this place because it has a mezzanine room...I will try to review this homestay with 3 general points because I don't have detailed knowledge regarding hospitality... so what I review here... is judged from a general person's point of view...1. in terms of serviceThe positives:+ When you first entered, you were served by a Mas Mas with an eastern face (not intending to be racist).. the person was friendly, agile, and didn't differentiate between service between customers who brought cars and motorbikes (I happened to bring a motorbike)+ the check-in process is relatively fast and not long-winded... no need to leave your KTP as collateral, just look at it to copy it as a check-in condition.Negative:- It's not really that significant, it's just that, when serving the mas, the mas are wearing normal clothes, normal t-shirts and trousers... so it looks like the atmosphere of an ordinary boarding house...Once again, it's not very significant... it's just that if the costumes worn were neater... maybe it would really suit the elegant homestay building... 😊- the next negative point is also not very significant.. the songs played in the front office are too loud in bass, especially the koplo and dangdut genres.. but it doesn't reach the room (because I got it on the 3rd floor).. it would be good if it could be adjusted the music has a natural feel... or classical melodies... so when you check in you feel a peaceful atmosphere... 😊2. RoomThe positives:+ Comfortable, the room arrangement is very comfortable when you first enter, there is a mezzanine with two beds... the upper bed is for personal, the lower bed is for large size.+ Cold AC, TV with 2 top and bottom functions with standard channels, large cupboard, amenities like toothpaste and brush (where other homestays don't necessarily provide this because it keeps prices down), hot water runs fast, bathroom is cleanNegative:- In the room there are almost no significant problems... it's just that the sink drain hole is a bit clogged... so the water takes a while to go down... a suggestion might be to just open the drain to get rid of the dirt that is blocking the sink.- No soap provided (not that significant because the price is economical)Overall... the negative points are not very significant... because the rooms are very comfortable with an economical budgetLocation :- uweenaaak pwuool.. comfortable, not noisy.. and close to access to lots of food choices.. just open Gmaps.. or walk along the entrance street.. you've found the various culinary delights you want..

Recommended for those on a low budget looking for accommodation that is clean, quiet and not far from Malang city center

Ordered a family room for 4 days 3 nights, the room was very nice and comfortable, enough for 4 adults. The home stay is also clean, the price is also very cheap because of the discount from the Red Doorz application. And the view from the 3rd floor is also good
