The price is relatively affordable, but with such a relatively affordable price, don't over-expect, the service can't be said to be very good, even though ordering via the application includes tax, when you check in you will be asked for an additional fee of around 10% for more tax😅🤣. This hotel has 3 floors, some of the rooms have windows, and some have full walls without windows, for drinking, bottled water is not provided in the rooms, but paper cups and water dispensers are provided on each floor, and there are also sofas for sitting together on each floor. the floor.The plus point of this hotel is only its strategic location on Jl. Soekarno Hatta Malang City, the location is in the center of Malang city and it's crowded, so don't be confused if you want to go out to eat to find food because there are lots of culinary choices.

okay, for that price you get some adequate facilities, friendly service, cold AC, strategic location because it is in Malang city, but there is something that annoys me because I have stayed here 3 times, guests on floor number 3 usually sit on the sofa, it's too noisy from the clock 12pm-4am, it's fun to joke around, don't care about other guests who are resting, tell me quickly so that the rating regarding room comfort is always good🙏

I arrived in the property late at 23 PM because I took the last train to Malang, but I've confirmed that I will checked in late and the property have said yes by WA, the CS is so helpful, even when I ask about transport from train station to the property. When we arrived (me and my sister) there is no one in receptionist desk so we call several times in low voice, but then there is a room in the back where I see a man (maybe the receptionist) playing mobile legend with loud voice so he doesn't hear our calling. So we wait and try to calling him again about 5 or 6 times then he came to the table. And yes, we should pay additional tax fee he said with amount of 11% of the booking price. We got room in second floor in room 204, it's different from the email I received by OYO which mention that I will get room 103 but it doesn't really a big deal.The room is neat, AC is new so its working extremely well, hot water is available, and the TV working with local channels. But the bed, bed sheet, and bed cover smelly like dust, there is stain on the pillow. The charging socket almost fell of the wall. The trash can is dirty with cigaretes stain on the top.Overall for just a one night stay, this property is recommended where you can find many good place to eat very nearby and for the very worth price.

The location itself is quite strategic because on the right side of Jalan Suhat, access is very easy, even if you want to find food, it's also easy because on the right and left side of the main road, there are lots of people selling food.BTW, the price itself is quite cheap, only for those who want to book a room, if possible, less than 2pm, because if the time is less than 2pm, you will be charged an additional 30% or 50%. I forgot yesterday because when I arrived at 12, I was told to add more. what was originally 180 became 230

First experience at this hotel in 2022, the impression I got was delicious & comfortable.The second time, booking directly without an application, the price was 180 thousand (30/8/23 early morning). Got a room on the 3rd floor, number 307, if I'm not mistaken. The AC is cold, the TV works, the room smells good, the hot water works but the downside is that the bed sheets & towels are dirty, the walls have small spots that look like blood, there are small black worms in the bathroom whether they come from the drain or the shower.
