A little corner of paradise in the middle of the forest. With lovely staff. We felt at home. The yoga teacher was exceptional. We also tried the massages which were very good.In short, we recommend this hotel.

When my family and I stayed here, we were initially amazed by the place and atmosphere. But a little disappointed with the facilities and service.In the afternoon after swimming, I wanted to order a meal, but many of the menus were not available, because the chef was not available according to the staff.Then I happened to get a room with the biggest suite at the top. The water in the bathroom shower was just dripping and when I contacted the hotel, the intern staff came at that time, who was confused about answering, at that time I was wet after swimming and wanted to take a shower while the water came out like teardrops 🥹 Then I asked The solution to the intern staff was to just move rooms, because I needed to wash my body immediately. But they answered that they wanted to call the manager first, so I waited a long time until I shivered.Then I was directed to shower in the guest room which was used at that time. It hasn't been cleaned yet because according to the staff there were no office boys that night. So I was forced to take a shower in the bathroom which was still where the previous guest had checked out 🥹Finally, that night, the staff suddenly told us that we could move to the lower room, even though we were told at the beginning that there was no cleaning service. So I just said yes because I was a little annoyed too.And one more thing, Kulkul doesn't provide room service for the top suite, so you have to go down first.There's no need to doubt the atmosphere and view.

I decided to shorten my stay and informed the reception, all was good at the time. Imagine how surprised I was when they charged me a 320k rp fine for "early check out". This is nothing but a scam... DO NOT book this place!
