BE CAREFUL: you can’t book this place if you need to move with GrabCar, GojekCar as they are NOT allowed to enter to the village ( 800m from the villa to village entrance ), this the reason we put 3 stars.If you drive motobike ( 100k idr/day/motobike ) then it s ok.Point +:+ nice and QUIET area in the middle of rice field. Very nice to walk in the morning+ ok for the room for 4 pers ( in duplex: 2 beds )+ big restroom with natural light ( that what I enjoyed in Indo )+ good space for kitchen, with just enough equipment ( can’t say good )+ 20 minutes to go to Ubud center by Bikes ( car will take 30min )

Beautiful villa overlooking the rice fields. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and responds immediately if something is wrong.I was here for a week, would have liked to stay longer, but there was a construction site nearby that didn't always allow me to work and I often had to drive into Ubud. However, if it is finished in about 2 months, it will be perfect at a great price.

It's a beautiful villa in a nice place, I had the best night's sleep there in last 3 months. Unfortunately the owner is not very agreeable. He asked me to leave the villa within a day after I told him the shower has a strong sulphur smell. It's been one of the most unpleasant experiences and I'd advise staying somewhere else if you're looking for welcoming hosts.

We lived for a month with two children.Perfect place. Well-kept area, nice pool, stunning views all around. The Internet is fast, there is a smart TV, which is a huge plus if you are with children.Huge bright bathroom, comfortable beds. The two-level bungalow on top is a bit stuffy, but this does not interfere with sleep. There are no roosters, dogs, or construction sites in the area - very quiet.In terms of living creatures - no more than usual. There are geckos outside, sometimes a large lek comes, once we saw a large beetle (caught and driven away). In general, everything is calm. They don’t interfere with life😁In a word - continuous advantages.The only negative is the broken road to the villa. About 700m of gravel road where you have to pass oncoming traffic.Many thanks to the owners and staff!

Great place to stay in Ubud! Responsive and kind hosts will answer all your questions and solve any problem. Fantastic location overlooking the rice fields, quiet location, not noisy. I recommend)

The best place to stay in Ubud. Good and responsive hosts. If there are any problems, they are immediately corrected. They can recommend places to visit on the island and just chat. Definitely worth staying with them.
