It is a Hostel with private rooms, self service. There are no regular employees. If you arrive, you must call the accommodation number to receive the key to open the room. The price starts at 400 baht. The bathroom is shared. The room owner is kind. There is a reduction in room rates as well. Plus after check out If we want to go out Or wait to get back on the bus They also let us leave our bags and use the shower room 😄The rooms have upper and lower floors. I chose to sleep in the room downstairs. It's a fairly wide room. The large bed can sleep 2 people, there is free drinking water and coffee bags, the air conditioner is cool, but the room downstairs does not have a balcony and cannot open the window. Because the back of the shophouse was renovated into rooms.The accommodation is close to Phrae bus station. You can walk not very far. And it's about 1 kilogram away from the old city. Suitable for backpackers or those looking for affordable accommodation. The downside is that near the accommodation it may be a little difficult to find a convenience store or restaurant. But you can call Grab Win to go to various points in the city.

Comfortable accommodation The owner is very friendly. I really like it if I have the opportunity to visit Phrae. I would like to recommend accommodation here as another option. Have the opportunity to come back and stay often.

Book 3 rooms, it's like getting the whole floor. Staying on the 3rd floor, there are 3 rooms, shared bathrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets in the common area.I recommend it. Come as a group of 6 people, stay comfortably, like a homestay. It is a group-specific proportion. The bedroom is clean, not musty.
