So tastefully designed, luxurious and picturesque set amongst the ricefields, adjacent to the river and rainforest. Congratulations to the wonderful staff who were ever so helpful. A particular accolade to the guy responsible for the landscape who has both great knowledge and vision.

My wife and I spent part of our honeymoon at the Pala Ubud Villas and we have nothing but great things to say! The staff and butlers were very pleasant and we will definitely be staying there again if we travel back to Bali in the future. Highly recommend.

The team at Pandawa Cliff Estate were super helpful and top notch. Had our wedding at the Pala villa and everything exceeded our expectations. Waited 2 years to get our desired wedding date and it was well worth the wait. …

Imagine an elegant, modern, urban, serviced-apartment. Transpose it into a rain-forest. Add a private pool, overlooking a gently flowing stream. And you have a private villa in The Pala Ubud. …

The Pala Villas are stunning and peaceful. This was a haven for tranquility and a slice of nature.Accommodation: The interior design pays homage to traditional Balinese culture whilst remaining modern and fit for purpose. Having a private infinity pool looking over the jungle was a treat. The grounds: Of particular interest were the grounds near the river with fresh spring water, rice paddy fields and edible garden from which the kitchen harvests meals!Services: Guest services went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable from check in to check out - impeccable!

We stayed at the Pala Ubud for four nights during our trip to Bali. Several friends of ours were also traveling, so we rented out one of the villas. It gave us a great chance to catch up with old friends in the common areas while still having our own quiet space to relax after traveling. The Pala was a phenomenal jumping off place to enjoy the area. We took several trips into Ubud to go check out the restaurant scene, buy some souvenirs, and go clothing shopping. To get active and be adventurous, we also booked a sunrise hike up Mount Batur, a volcano that’s about an hour drive. The views from the hike were spectacular, we could see all the way over to the next island. Several of our other friends went to the rice paddies and the Sacred Monkey Forest in Ubud while they were here. All this is to say there are a lot of different things you can experience in the area. After hiking up a volcano and visiting coffee plantations, we spent a day just hanging out at the Pala. After a tasty breakfast at Hura Hura (that included many ingredients grown on site), we headed down the hill back to our rooms for an in- room couples massage overlooking the pool and jungle behind. It’s exactly what we needed to recover. On our last day we walked a few minutes up the road to check out Goa Garba, an ancient temple just up the road. The rooms and entire property were beautiful, the staff was extremely attentive, the views were amazing, there was a ton to see and do in the area…we have absolutely no complaints. We definitely recommend the Pala Ubud as a home base in Bali. The hospitality manager was great at coordinating rides and experiences, tailoring them to what the group needed. We can’t wait to come back.

Spent a few nights at the Pala Ubud, I can only say I wished I had more time (and cash) to extend a few more! Our hosts were lovely, always around if we needed tips on what to do. Rooms were clean and spotless, the villa was very conducive to hosting big groups with a very welcoming living/dining area for those late night chats. The owners put a lot of thought into the orientation and the decor, all the way to the path down to the holy river if one ever needs a breather. There was a beautiful garden with home grown produce, some being featured in their dishes and drinks too! It’s a great spot to get away from the hustle and bustle and feel refreshed. Hope to come back and visit soon!

Honestly this is my first time being in such a luxury yet feeling so homey kinda Villa. The host is wonderful , the helpers are amazing and not to mention the food.. spot on.Laterally, you don’t need to step out of the villa enclosure. You have your own pool. Beautiful scene, holy river just down the hill. A roof top bar and a garden for morning fresh air 🥰.Just make sure you bring your mosquito repellent to keep out the mosquitoes when you’re outdoor.Highly recommended to come!
